First things first, when you place an order with us, you agree to all of the terms and conditions stated in our shop policies. (You can find them in the "Policies" section under shop info in the column to the left on this page.) PLEASE read those carefully.
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!

Since quite a few of my customers don't read the policies, here is the most frequently over-looked policy, and is one of the most important:

-PLEASE allow UP TO TEN business days for your item to be shipped. (If you have a larger or custom order, please allow up to 15 business days) I want to be sure that every item is made with every detail perfect. Most items are shipped within 3-5 business days, but please allow up to 10 incase of backed up orders.

-If you have a deadline for when you need your item, please message me to arrange quicker shipping.

Our #1 priority is to ensure that every single one of our customers is 100% satisfied with their purchase! If for some reason you are not, we want to make it right.

Please read these policies carefully.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
-We will not ship an item until we have fully recieved payment. If the buyer needs extra time for any reason, PLEASE contact us so we can arrange something. We will contact you 2 days after your purchase if no payment has been recieved. If we do not recieve an answer within 2 days we will, unfortunately, have to void the transaction, and the buyer will recieve negative feedback.

-Our shop is run, and verified through PayPal.

-If the buyer is paying via eCheck, your item will not be shipped until the transaction is complete.
Shipping

-Products are packaged carefully to ensure that nothing is bend/broken during the shipping process.
Refunds and Exchanges
"S.O.A. is NOT responsible for lost orders/products in the mail. The delivery confirmation shipping service with USPS tracks the final destination of your order and should prevent lost or misplaced orders in transit. This statement is void if you arrange alternate shipping insurance for your order with the additional fees involved before placing your order."

-Our products are not indestructable. We suggest that are carful with them, because we will not replace an item that is broken by the buyer due to misuse... THIS INCLUDES FAILURE TO APPLY DECALS CORRECTLY. Read the instructions carefully. I have applied all the decals listed in my shop, and have tested them to make sure they apply correctly, and will last.

-We are not responsible for broken items after 24 hours upon the delivery date provided by the tracking number. If your item arrives broken, we ask that you send us a picture before leaving any feedback (just to ensure that the item was actually broken) and we will replace it as soon as possible.
