I have done my best to provide detailed pictures and descriptions of all my items. Because most of my products are made from natural materials, variations may occur in each piece. Returns and exchange details
All of my jewelry is packaged in a sturdy cardboard jewelry box that is also inside a bubble wrap envelope. Unfortunately, if your item was damaged in transit by the postal service I cannot be held responsible, but can always offer a discount on a replacement item if you choose to reorder.

*Shipping to Australia and the UK has sometimes take up to 2 months. Please know that after it has been scanned at the Post Office, I have no control over the package.*
*I am not responsible for undelivered or damaged packages. Once your packages is scanned at the post office, it is out of my hands.*
Once an order is marked "shipped," I cannot cancel the order.
