Returns and exchange details
Please contact us if you need to make a return. Return postage costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty. Where applicable it needs to be in the packaging and the packaging needs to as it was when purchased.
Payments are expected to be received within 3 days of purchase. Items are re-listed if not paid for.

UK customers: All items are posted from the UK by 2nd class post.
International customers: All items are posted by standard Airmail Post.
The Royal Mail 2nd Class postage current postage times (aims) are :
UK: 2-3 days
Europe: 3 - 5 days
Outside Europe: 5 - 10 days

Once your package is shipped it is out of my control and is subject to your country's customs and postal systems.
