I’m brand new to the real estate business so this is an incredible resource for me. When I discovered it, I was so excited because many planners aren’t geared towards real estate. I was going through the aisles of Michael’s and Target to find the perfect planner and was let down by the cookie cutter options. I love that I can choose to print more pages of some things and leave others out that I might not use. Did I mention how pretty it is?! I’m seriously obsessed and cannot wait to dive in! I’ve purchased tons of planners over my lifetime and this was such a good deal for the quality of what I’m getting. I’m looking forward to seeing more from The Marketing Academy & thinking about joining the community that is mentioned in the description!

Customer beware. As soon as I left my review someone else posted giving this 5 stars which I know is coming from the vendor itself. They only had 3 sales when I purchased this and now 4 because of me and 0 reviews. So clearly this is a scam This was by far the worst experience. I have purchased several downloadable items which enables editing. This planner is poorly designed with no ability to edit the file and or delete pages. Printing with all pages included in the package does not come out as a planner because the page sequence was not managed by the seller. I would highly recommend avoiding this seller at all costs. Way to expensive and I can’t even use it!
