Welcome to The Marula Tree Soap Co! Many of my soaps contain Marula Oil produced from the Marula Trees in southern Africa. This unique oil has known properties that can help reduce skin redness and irritation. It's also incredibly moisturizing and absorbs quickly for anyone wanting soft, smooth skin!

Please read the item description and ingredients carefully! Some of my products contain oils and butters that originate from tree nuts.

Please keep in mind that each bar of soap is handmade in small batches. Each bar might vary slightly from the next as they are all "one of a kind"!

ALSO please note that any order that contains more than 15 Bath Bombs will be processed outside the normal 1-3 business day turn around as they take a bit more time. Thank you!

Returns and exchanges
Due to the nature of my items I don't accept refunds or exchanges. With that said I want you to LOVE your purchases so if you have any concerns at all convo me and I will do my best to resolve the issue.
Payment
At this time I only accept Paypal payments. If your paying by Visa or Mastercard you don't need to have an account with Paypal as you can check out as a "Paypal guest" by clicking the "Don't have a Paypal account?" tab after checking out.
Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address listed on Etsy checkout invoice. (Unless otherwise noted)

I ship through Canada Post - Regular Parcel for Canadian residents (which is 1-2 Business days local, 2-5 Business days regional and 4-9 Business days national - for urban areas). For United States shipping I use the "Small Packet-Surface" method which can take 6-12 Business days. **International Customers - I only ship Solid Perfumes and Lip Balms internationally due to the hefty prices when it comes to heavy items. I can ship 0.5 lbs for $8.50, or 1 lb for 17.00. Anything more than that is almost double. Packages can be expected in 6-10 Business Days. Please contact me with any inquiries**

***I will ship the item within 1-3 Business days once the payment is recieved. I will also refund any shipping overages over $1.00 promptly after I ship the package.***

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred on their end.
