Custom and personalized orders

We always accept custom orders and are excited to create something amazing just for you! If you have a specific item you are looking for let us know and we can design a piece that fits your needs. Custom signs can be purchased in the "custom" section of our shop... Or message us with details. Since each item is hand-built and made to order, all custom and personalized sales are final. We do not accept returns on any custom products.

Shipping - Damaged

Damage - If you item arrives damaged PLEASE contact us so we can file a claim with the shipping company and build a replacement item. We do need your assistance with the claim. The shipping company requires pictures of the damaged item (close up and the full item) and may need to inspect/collect the damaged item. We insure all packages against damage at their purchase price at no additional cost to you.

Shipping - Lost

Lost - If your tracking shows delivered and you did not receive the shipment, we will work you and the shipping company to find your item. In this situation, the shipping company does REQUIRE the recipients telephone number. Without providing your telephone number, we are unable to assist further and you item will be considered delivered as shown by the tracking number.

We do our best to respond to all messages as soon as possible. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for a response.

Production Time

Our current production time is 3-5 business days before shipping on most items. Please refer to the listing details for each item

Estimated ship dates can be found in your order confirmation email as well as the "My Purchases" section of the Etsy App and website. All orders will ship out before or on your ship by date.

Shipping Address

We ship all out items via UPS. As such we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please provide your physical ship to address at checkout.

Returns, Exchanges, Incorrect + Undeliverable Addresses, Etc

Due to the custom made to order nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. As per Etsy's Terms of Use forced returns are not accepted and no refunds will be issued for undeliverable or returned to sender packages.

In the event that an exchange/return is approved prior to the return, we do charge a $13.50 restocking fee.
