n nBefore to buy this I have emailed the shop few times and asked shipping price to my country ( was not mentioned in listing) . I did not get any answer. n nSo I thought I will buy it and send to my friends in USA as they are going to send us a big parcel coming days anyway...so they will put this shoes together. nSo I did. I bought it on 16 October. n nI have also asked the shop if the item has been shipped- no answer. n nSo, finally on 5 November the shoes has been shipped - almost 3 weeks after purchase !!! What a service! n nToo late for parcel from my friends ;((( n nThe shoes are now at my friends place in USA , and I do not know if I will ever get it here, as it was too late ! n nVery disappointed with the service of TheMerchantRoyal !!! n

I was promised the coasters and my free items back with a full refund because of the horrible customer service I received. I purchased a Budweiser T-shirt on April 4th and a Miller Highlife coaster set on April 6th. The Budweiser shirt was postmarked shipped on April 26th and I received it April 28th after the seller repeatedly told me the item had been shipped April 7th and then again April 15th, then proceeding to ignore me when I asked for tracking. After it took about three or so weeks to receive my shirt, which was late for my boyfriends birthday, the seller tells me that there has been a problem with my coaster set. It didn't arrive and he stated that it would go back to him, he would refund me the cost of the item and upon receiving it he would send me the coaster set and a free gift (which he later explained would be an alarm clock and t-shirt) free of charge because of how long it took for me to receive my packages. I was refunded my money for the coaster set on May 11th, and on May 14th he stated he received the item back on his end and when I asked him when he would ship my coasters back, he said that there were a couple of people working for him and there was a mix up in the conversation. I attached the files proving this conversation to Etsy happened and I want some compensation. It wasn't my fault the package never came to me, he shipped something wrong and then failed to go through with our agreement.

We do ship internationally but due to the varying forms of shipping/ shipping cost per country please send us a message with your location and product inquiry so that we can give you an accurate quote.
International orders only recieve confirmation when you pay for fedex shipping. If you want confirmation you have to pay for fedex shipping. We are not responsible for USPS lost orders over seas.
Your shipping cost is for both shipping and handling.
We are a small store so it generally takes 5-7 business days ((at maximum)) of purchase before items are shipped out. Please contact us if you have any special shipping needs or inquiries.
*We will do combined shipping if you purchase more than one item to help cut cost.
*Heavier items may cost extra.
