I started this shop because I have always loved wearing kitty ears, but most of the kitty ears I find are not really what I'm looking for. They're either too fancy or too big. What you'll find here is a collection of what I like to jokingly call "daytime" ears. I love them and hope you will too!

I also love cosplay and have slowly added in scarves, plushies, pinback buttons and more! I have many new things coming to the shop soon and I hope you'll keep checking back. Enjoy! =^^=

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I try to take pictures in good lighting, and I try to get different angles and shots of my items. For this reason, please email if you have an issue after your item arrives, and I will do my absolute best to help you. Please remember that monitors really do vary (go down to your local department store, and check out the big TV wall in the back. See how things can look very different just depending on brand and model?) and while I do my best to show items as they are, if you're trying to match an item that you didn't buy here it is best to convo me first. I will not issue a refund simply due to a color issue. Please be sure you understand what you are getting and convo me first if need be. I do my best to get back to convos that same day or within 24 hours.

If I have made an error in my listing or otherwise, I will of course be happy to accept a return. Returns MUST be made within two weeks of receipt of your item. You must also convo me BEFORE mailing your item back to me, explaining what is wrong. Please convo me if you feel that I've made an error. I'm friendly and online a lot, so I try to get back to you quickly, no later than a day at most.
I accept Paypal, and Credit Cards through Etsy.

I also accept money orders. Please be advised that if you pay via a money order, then the money order must be sent within one week of the date of your purchase, and I must receive the money order before I will ship your items.
I ship 6 days per week mon-saturday, excluding holidays. Shipping includes delivery confirmation within the USA and varies by country outside the USA

All items will ship one to two days after payment is received. The exception to this is mail holidays like Sunday, Christmas, and Easter.

I ship most orders using First Class USPS shipping (unless otherwise mentioned in the listing), but you can always upgrade to Priority for a small fee if you choose. Please check the listing to see which items can go first class. If the listing does not have an option to upgrade, it will go Priority only. Orders generally arrive within two to three days, but can sometimes take up to five days within the USA. If you need your item in time for an event, please try to order six days ahead to be absolutely sure your item will get there in time. I do my best to get things to the post office in a speedy manner, but once they leave my hands I have no control over them.

Some countries charge duties or fees upon arrival. The Mewtique is not responsible for such fees. Please be aware of this and prepared to pay such fees if you are charged any upon arrival of your package.

Depending on the item, you may have a brand new box or you may have a reused box. I try to be as green as I can (not only is it good for the Earth, it helps your wallet too), but I promise you will never receive any "nasty" boxes. Nothing torn up, dirty, or otherwise gross will ever be reused.

Is this item in stock?

Yes! If you see it listed, that means it is in stock. I work this way because it is the best way to be sure I can ship your item(s) in a speedy manner. This means that once you place your order, there is no wait time for production! Spiffy!

If the item you want is not listed, it is sold out. Rest assured I'm working hard to get it restocked! You are always welcome to convo me if you have an upcoming deadline and I will see if I can't speed things along for you.

Do you accept custom orders?

Unfortunately I am unable to take on any custom orders due to ongoing health problems. I hope to get back to taking custom orders in the future, but for right now I am very sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.

Will you overnight me this?

I am sorry but I don't offer overnight shipping. The cost of overnighting a package of ears (even within the USA) is more than triple the cost of any of my ears (that is the cost that is charged to me from the post office) and there are serious time constraints (item must be at the post office no later than 11AM in my own time zone in order to get to you) involved. For these reasons, I don't offer it as an option in my shop.

Will you ship overseas?

Absolutely! I try to ship everywhere. If your country is not listed, please contact me via convo so I can get you a price quote.

How soon will I receive my order after I purchase it?

Most orders are mailed out the very next business day, but in some cases might take up to two full business days to ship.

If you live in the USA and got first class shipping you can expect your item in your hands no later than five business days after your purchase. You will also receive a tracking code.

If you live in the USA and got Priority Mail you can expect your item in your hands no later than four business days after your purchase. You will also receive a tracking code.

If you live outside the continental USA things can sometimes get stuck at Customs. I cannot predict this and so I recommend ordering well ahead of the date you need.
