After we have acknowledged your convo, please send returns/exchanges to: The Mighty Squirm, 3520 Overland Avenue, #A124, Los Angeles, CA 90034. If you are dissatisfied with what we originally sent you, we are happy to reimburse your return shipping via PayPal. Additional Policies and FAQs

Lead and phthalates: All our shirts are printed with ink that is either lead free or contains such tiny trace amounts of lead that it is not considered a health risk by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. We have our kids' shirts tested by a third-party lab for lead. Since our shirts are wearing apparel and not intended as feeding aids, toys, or sleepwear, we do not have them tested for phthalates, and this is compliant with federal and California law. However, just to be sure we aren't selling products that could harm little ones who put things in their mouths, we've stopped making T-shirts with plastisol ink for kids younger than 4 (even though legally we could still do it).
