5 out of 5 starsThis hat is gorgeous! It is delicate and sturdy at the same time, perfectly shaped and high quality. The band inside is really nice and the wool is so smooth! I can’t wait for winter to roll back around so I can wear it. It’s perfect for a jacket I have in storage. Lol. One weird thing: USPS managed to completely mangle the box and something went wrong with shipping. When I contacted the shop to let her know, Marcia was so wonderful about the whole thing. The hat was insured and she offered to do whatever she could to make things right. Luckily the hat was ok! But I really appreciate customer service like hers!
