Hi Sarah, not sure what you mean in your review. I've had 500+ orders and no one has ever said that the icons "don't work." Etsy shows that you downloaded the icons. I also reached out to you and never received a response.

1 out of 5 starsMy first 1 star review in about 5 years of having etsy! I ordered the country set but I needed 2 more made. I saw that she did custom orders so I reached out to have 2 extra made. I also paid for the custom order option for those 2. 4 days later I got a response which I assumed she would tell me it was because the shop was really busy and apologize for any delay. I would have 100% understood that! Instead she said she was on vacation which is why there was a delay. I suggested that there are ways to let her customers know she is on vacation and there will be a slight delay. One being an automatic message when ppl message the shop. She got so mad & told me she didn't like my tone & that she was not going to make my custom order & to go with someone else! She won't refund me my 1st set even though I can't use it now. Horrible CS

I am happy to do custom work when I can; I also have a full-time job. Although the buyer wanted 2 custom icons, she only paid for 1. After receiving this custom order, I informed the buyer within 1 hour that I wasn’t able to create the custom icons and provided a full refund for her custom order. When I contacted her to let her know I wasn’t able to create the extra icons, she sent me a long angry email, demanding another refund for the entire set of 196 countries. (She claimed the entire set of 196 icons is unusable because two extra custom icons that she wanted were not in the set she previously downloaded. However, each listing states in the description exactly which country icons are included to avoid any confusion.) I suggested that the buyer read the description and instructions of each listing.
