Accepted payment methods
All items will be shipped via Registered Air Mail (or PosLaju for Malaysia addresses) within 3 working days upon receiving payment; this gives you a tracking number. Once shipped, it may take approximately 15-30 working days to arrive at international destinations, and is subject to custom clearance and transport conditions.
All Registered mails and packages need to be signed for upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, under normal circumstances, the postal service will leave a notice with further instructions for pick-up, and it is the buyer's responsibility to follow through in obtaining the package.
If no one claim or pick up the package within the given time frame, the package will be sent back to the sender (The Mix Room Designs). When this happens, buyer may request for re-shipment (buyer shall bear all shipping fees) or a refund (with a restocking fee of 10% of the original item price).
Kindly note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties, customs charges, or brokerage fees that may be incurred, as it is not possible to ascertain the additional charge for different countries.
Please check that your on-file shipping address on Etsy is correct as I will be sending off the purchases based on this address. However, if you prefer your shipment to be addressed differently, please leave me a note and the address in “Message To Seller” during checkout. I am not responsible for items not received if you provided an incorrect address.
In an effort to reduce waste, invoice will not be included in the package. You can easily print it from your Etsy or Paypal account.
I also use recycled shipping/packaging materials when available.
Refunds and Exchanges
EXCEPTIONS: I am unable to accept returns on earrings for hygienic reasons. I do not reuse ear hooks or sell used products. Should you be unhappy with the earrings you purchased from my shop, please contact me immediately to work out a solution. Customers’ satisfaction is what I work for.
Faulty items (not due to shipping) are allowed for refund or exchange. No restocking fee will be imposed. Please contact us within 7 working days from the day of receipt of the item. Full refund will be processed once we receive the item in its original, unworn condition.
I have no control over the item in transit, but should the item be damaged or lost during shipment, please contact me and we will resolve the problem.
Custom orders are not refundable or exchangeable.
Leaving feedback lets me know you've received your order and the transaction is complete :) If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your purchases, please contact me prior to leaving any neutral/negative feedback, and give me a chance to fix the issue for you. I love making friends, and to be able to interact with my customers is like icing to the cake for me!
