I feel like that was a really honest statement, but I want you to know where I am coming from and why I started The Mom Survival Guide Shop on Etsy, so I got really vulnerable. .

After having my two babies I was plagued with back pain that didn't allow me to work. Once my kids went off to school, I became determined to find something I could do from home...and even from the couch as I was icing my back, if necessary.

I started off with my blog, The Mom Survival Guide, and it turned out, what people wanted was to take some of the overwhelm out of their lives (just like me). Based on my experience of trying to keep up with my home, kids, family, and back pain, I started writing about organization, decluttering, cleaning, and self care.

Then my blog morphed into creating organizing printables that moms could use to help them get through the day, and that was how my Etsy shop begain.
