5 out of 5 starsWonderful purchase! Shipping was delayed by customs. Though it was not sellers fault and out of her control she felt terrible and even unexpectedly refunded $10!!! Wow! Was a great seller and her painting is one of a kind. Very talented. Will buy from her shop again.

I am not responsible for the custom delays but if you think your package takes longer than it should then please contact me first before taking any other actions and I will try my best to help you out.
Please get in touch with your customs office or post office for information about additional fees that pertain to your country prior to purchasing, as you will be responsible for paying customs fees, taxes and duties, where applicable.
If you are changing your shipping address after the product was shipped, it is your responsibility to contact your post office regarding this matter. Thus you can still get your purchase, otherwise it will return to me. In this case I can arrange a refund (excluding shipping price) or I can resend the product, but you have to pay shipping price again.
