They reached out about three weeks before Christmas to apologize that they were overwhelmed with orders and offered a refund if I wanted, but I was so excited that I kept my order and am super happy I did!! Her face LIT UP and I regret not getting one for me! Haha, great job guys!

5 out of 5 starsI ordered this amazing item mid October with a mid December delivery. It wasn’t delivered until January, missing all the holidays.
I reached out to the shop asking for a delivery status and they replied offering me a full refund but telling me that the item was going to be delivered late. It’s a fantastic item. So I didn’t want to cancel it. But I really wish it had been delivered per the purchase agreement. -

5 out of 5 starsLove them! Ordered in October for Christmas gifts, they didn’t arrive until January. When I inquired if they would be shipped in time for Christmas, I got a fast reply insuring they would be and they were not. Well worth the wait, but I was disappointed in the delay.
