Texas residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax.
All orders are shipped First Class via the US Postal Service. Domestic packages usually take between 2-7 business days to arrive.
I'm also pleased to ship worldwide! Those orders are sent First Class International and shipping time can vary widely. Most of them have taken about 2 weeks but I have had a few in the past take from 6-9 weeks (Australia-just once, South Africa, Thailand)! Please be patient. I am unable to track them. If you want to make sure the item gets to you by a certain date you can contact me about upgrading to priority. Just know that it costs quite a bit more.
Prices for shipping are the best estimate I have been able to make. If for some reason they are more than a dollar too high I will reemburse you the difference. I am not trying to make money off of shipping.
If you are shipping the item straight to the recipient, tell me in the notes to seller when you make the purchase and I will include a gift invoice which does not have prices on it. I will also write a note from you to the receiver if you tell me what you would like it to say.
If you are local, let me know before you make your order and I can take the shipping off of the price. I can also reemburse you after the purchase has been made if you prefer.
Refunds and Exchanges
I promise my items will be as nice in person as they appear online. However, there may be some minor quirks and/or variations that are part of the charm of being handmade.
Your satisfaction is very important to me. Therefore, if you are not happy with your purchase please contact me within seven days of receiving your purchase to arrange an exchange or refund. A refund minus the shipping cost will be given once the item is received in its original condition. You will be responsible for any return shipping charges. Once I have received the returned item I will issue a refund for the price of the item.
Unfortunately, I can't refund or exchange prints that have a custom name on them. If there is an error on it that was my fault I am happy to fix it though.
