I love our stamp and can't wait to use it for our Christmas cards! Very creative design, different from the other stamps out there! :) I actually have been eyeing this design for over a year now (first drooled over it on Pinterest ), so I'm glad I finally got it!! Thanks!

Welcome to my shop! I am a professional graphic designer specializing in design for events, weddings and social occasions. I have a passion for designing the perfect piece of correspondence—the kind that arrives in the mailbox and evokes a flurry of excitement, a gasp or simply a smile.

I love paper, school supplies and browsing in good old-fashioned stationery stores (remember those?), the smell of freshly-sharpened pencils and the search for the perfect typeface. When I'm not designing pretty things, I’m probably at the beach, a hockey game or out and about with my husband and our crazy, overly-energetic pup.

SAMPLES
Printed samples are available for wedding invitations only. Ordering samples prior to placing a full order is highly recommended and encouraged. Samples are available only as shown and cannot be customized. Should you decide to place a full order, the price of your sample will be deducted from your final total.

PLACING A WEDDING INVITATION ORDER
A $100 design deposit and a signed contract is required for all wedding invitation orders. Please be aware that once the design and/or customization process begins, this initial deposit is non-refundable. The balance of your order, minus your deposit, is due in-full before printing and assembly begins.

All other items require payment in full at time of purchase.

WHEN SHOULD I ORDER?
For wedding invitations, It is best to start the design/ordering process as early as possible. Save the dates should be mailed 6-12 months prior to your wedding date and invitations 6-8 weeks prior. Please plan accordingly based on the below design and ship times.

All other invitations take approximately 10 business days to design and print. This does NOT include shipping time.

DESIGN + PROOFS
WEDDING COLLECTION + OTHER STATIONERY: You will receive your first digital proof within 3 business days of placing your order and paying your deposit. Two rounds of type changes/edits are included with every purchase.

CUSTOM WEDDING INVITATIONS: Custom-designed wedding invitations require an additional 2-3 weeks. After our initial consultation, you will receive 3 digital mock-ups of your invitation suite, based on your ideas, event and personal style. Your custom design includes two rounds of art edits in addition to any necessary type changes. Custom design includes the invitation, reply card and optional reception card. All other pieces are additional.

THE FINE PRINT
***IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU CAREFULLY CHECK YOUR DIGITAL PROOF{S} FOR SPELLING ERRORS AND OTHER MISTAKES.*** Your approved final digital proof is what goes to print, therefore, any mistakes and subsequent costs are customer's responsibility. If an error occurs on my part, I will gladly fix it and pick up the tab.

Please check printed orders as soon as you receive them. Customer is responsible for all charges incurred if an error is found after 5 days of receipt of item, regardless of how the mistake occurred.

Payment
All major credit cards are accepted through PayPal. Production on your order will begin once your payment is confirmed with PayPal, so please be sure your purchase goes through. You don't need to set up an account to check out with PayPal.

New Jersey residents will be charged 7% sales tax on all items.

I do not offer rush service at this time.
Shipping
Shipping schedules may vary, depending on design requirements, proof approvals and the season. The following timelines are for US orders and are not guaranteed. They are based on an average schedule to help you in the planning process.

• Flat printed wedding suites | ship 12-15 business days from final proof approval
• Letterpress printed wedding suites | ship 6-7 weeks from final proof approval
• Flat printed event invitations | ship 8-10 business days from final proof approval

All orders are packed with care and sent via Priority Mail, with insurance and tracking.

International orders for wedding invitations are welcome, but please be advised that the recipient is responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes and/or delivery charges. This is in addition to my shipping fees. Please convo me for more details.
Refunds and Exchanges
REFUNDS
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me and I want you to be happy with your purchase. However, because my designs are custom and personalized, I do NOT offer refunds. If you have an issue with your order, please contact me to resolve it before leaving feedback.

CANCELLATIONS
Should you decide to cancel your order for any reason prior to printing, you will be refunded any amount you have paid, less your initial deposit if work has already begun. Any orders cancelled after the printing process has begun will not be refunded.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please remember that computer monitors vary and the color you see on screen may not be 100% accurate.

Digital files are not included in purchase unless specified and may require additional fees.
