We always recycle/reuse packaging of all forms (paper, boxes, bubble wrap, etc.) to secure your purchases during shipping. However, should you intend to send your purchase as a gift, kindly contact us to make arrangements.

We welcome reasonable offers, but it is only valid with immediate payment. If no payment has been received within 24 hours of agreement, the offer will be automatically cancelled.

We allow reservations and layaways (items priced $300 and above), but it is only valid when a deposit payment is made upon agreement. If no deposit is received within 24 hours of agreement, the reservation or layaway will be automatically cancelled. The buyer must continue to make payments according to the agreement until the transaction is completed. If the buyer no longer wishes to purchase the item as agreed, no deposit refunds will be given.

We ship worldwide (except Israel).

All parcels are shipped via DHL Express. They should arrive within 10 working days, unless there are delays at your local customs.

We are not responsible for any parcels lost once it leaves Malaysia, but we will try our very best to assist you, in case of anything.

Buyers whose unclaimed parcels are returned to us will be contacted immediately. Buyers have up to 7 working days from date of first contact to get back to us with further instructions. If no contact has been made after 7 working days, the jewelry will be relisted in the shop and any further requests or refunds will no longer be entertained.

The laws governing the European Economic Community shopping rights do not apply to any orders from The Opulent Hippo. If you have any concerns, feel free to ask us questions before purchasing our jewelry.
