Shipping took longer than expected and fan was missing small screen that holds on guard, wasn't able to properly use without the screw and had to take the existing screw completely out and remove the guard to use, which caused it to be unbalanced and eventually fall off my table. Blades are now bent and I'm not really able to use.

We accept credit card payments through Etsy.
All payments must be accepted and received prior to the shipping of your order.
Shipping
Orders are mailed within five to seven business days. We ship USPS with a tracking number ninety nine percent of the time, however for delicate packages we have found UPS and or FedEx to provide better services. If you have a preferred shipping method, additional insurance, or need an item within a specific time frame please let us know and we will be happy to oblige. (additional shipping cost may apply)

We try to accurately post shipping rates, however please note that all shipping prices are estimates and we ALWAYS refund excess postage. We will note in the ad whether or not the item will require additional packing considerations such as oversized boxes, packing materials and or special carrier (UPS or FedEx). We try to keep all shipping costs at a minimum and take all precautions to insure your package arrives safely.

Want to purchase two or more items? No problem, we are happy to combine shipping to save you money.

We gladly quote shipping for international buyers. We do ask that you contact us prior to your purchase so that correct postage can be applied to your order. Also please note that we are not responsible for country issued merchandise fees. All fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds apply ONLY to items damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged order (first, you have our apologies), you then must contact us within FIVE days after reciving the order. Refunds will include the purchase price minus postage. Please note, that we DO NOT refund postage. If you have received a damaged piece we ask that you mail the merchandise back to us for inspection (buyer is expected to pay return postage). As soon as we inspect the article a refund of the purchase price will be issued.

We do the best to inform you about our shop's collection. We are always willing to send additional images upon request. It is your responsibility to know what you are purchasing. All purchases are final, please inspect and read item descriptions carefully, and PLEASE email your questions.
