We work closely with a local seamstress to produce our home textile products. All items are sewn by hand in the U.S.A. and inspected by the sewing team as well as our shop owners to ensure that only the highest quality goods are made available to you.

Frequently asked questions
Oops! I entered the wrong shipping address at checkout. What can you do?
We can try to adjust the shipping address manually on our end, but we offer no guarantees or refunds if it is sent to the original address entered at checkout. If you absolutely need the package re-routed, please place a second order with the correct address and we'll cancel & refund the original.
Custom and personalized orders
Due to the nature of screen-printing, we cannot customize individual shirt or bodysuit orders, sorry! Art prints and wood products can generally be customized upon request, though - so feel free to reach out about personalizing those!
Help! My package says it was "delivered" but I don't have it!
Sorry to hear that! While we can work with you to find a solution to lost packages, once our packages are marked "Delivered" they are considered fulfilled by our company and we are not responsible for any events after that. We highly recommend waiting a few days, checking with neighbors or apartment offices, calling your local post office, or speaking with your local mail delivery person as to its whereabouts. 99% of the time, packages marked "delivered" do show up, it may just take some asking around or waiting a few extra days!
Is COVID-19 affecting your business?
Yes, indeed! We are experiencing shortage in suppliers, so many of our items have been difficult to keep in stock. We've also had to implement strict isolation/quarantine policies for anyone on our team who has tested positive or been exposed to COVID-19. Due to our employees being home due to sickness or exposure, we haven't been able to keep up production as readily as we did prior to coronavirus. We so appreciate your patience while we fulfill orders as safely and speedily as possible! Lastly, shipping carriers are experiencing unprecedented demand & delays. Some shipments are taking longer than expected to arrive, and we (again) so appreciate your patience and understanding while items travel from us to you!
I need my order by a certain date, can you help?
We are happy to try to get a package to you in time for a specific event or date, but please know that we do not guarantee delivery dates once the item leaves our hands. During COVID-19 especially, carriers are experiencing unprecedented delays, and we are not responsible for shipping delays. We also can try to rush your order for you but it will still ship during the agreed upon shipping timeline and turnaround time you saw when you purchased your item. While we can try to accommodate your timeline, we do need time to make, package, and ship each order with care and then wait for the carrier to do their part as well.
