Hello there! Thanks for stopping by The Oyster's Pearl! It's my pleasure to create beautiful and unique products for happy customers. Please take a look at all my policies below to ensure a seamless, simple, and memorable process for us both!


• I currently accept PayPal, credit cards, and Etsy gift cards.
• I cannot begin working on any custom designs until you have purchased a listing. I am happy to communicate back and forth until you have all the information needed to feel comfortable with your purchase! However, your product will not be created until you have purchased it.


• If you need an item to a location by a specific date, you MUST convo us before placing your order to arrange that
• We cannot accommodate specific timelines without prior arrangements
• If an item is needed quickly, a rush fee will be added to your order

• Many of my items are available as printable files. This means that the buyer is purchasing a digital design to print themselves; upon completion of your product I will email a high-quality file in JPEG format, and PDF files are also available upon request. I do not send any PSD files for further editing.

• Only framed posters are shipped via UPS with insurance + tracking.
• ALL other items ship via the US Postal Service.
• Domestic (United States) packages ship Priority Mail, which is a 2-3 day delivery and includes a tracking number + up to $50.00 of insurance.
• International (any orders outside the US) ship First Class Mail and take 5-14 days for delivery.
• International (outside of the United States) customers assume all duties, taxes, and customs in addition to the amount paid on Etsy to collect their merchandise at the border. The Oyster's Pearl is not responsible for any additional customs costs.

• Posters sized 8x10, 9x12, 11x14, and 11x7 ship flat in a clear protective sleeve, sandwiched between heavy sheets of cardboard, in a sturdy cardboard envelope.
• Posters sized 16x20, 18x24 and larger ship rolled in a shipping tube.
• Invitations + stationery ship in either small boxes or padded shipping envelopes.

• If an item is damaged during shipping, please send me photos of the damage and I can file an insurance claim and get you a replacement immediately.

• No prepaid return shipping is available at this time.

• Orders ship from Wooster, Ohio in the United States.

Refunds and Exchanges

• To ensure satisfaction with my customers, I heavily communicate during the planning and creation stages of my custom products.
• Proofs are sent when necessary for approval.
• I do not offer returns on custom items.
• Non-customized items can be returned but the customer pays shipping and item must be carefully packaged enough to arrive back to me undamaged.
• If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, please send me photos of the damage and I can file an insurance claim and get you a replacement immediately.

• Once a custom listing has been purchased and I have begun designing, I cannot refund more than 50% back if the order is cancelled partway through. If we're in the end stages of a design process, no refund will be available.

Additional Policies and FAQs

• For custom designs (wedding or shower invites, menus, etc), the examples shown are very close templates of what will be created for you. Colors and fonts are customizable, but please be aware that extensive alteration of the given examples require much greater work and therefore the amount of customization, to a point, will be taken into consideration of price. Please convo me before purchasing an item with a large number of changes or special requests so that I can create for you a custom listing with the accurate price.

• Turnaround time varies depending on which item you purchase; I ask that you please allow at least 2-4 weeks for a custom wedding package (invitations, RSVP, etc) or a brand new custom poster design. Convo me for specific dates and deadlines if you're on a strict timeline.

• Standard number of revisions per design is 2; I will send you a basic draft, and you can approve it or make necessary changes. I will then create a second and final draft, which you have one more chance to look over and make minor changes on. From that point on, any extra edits or requests will cost extra and will be billed accordingly.

• Please be as detailed as possible when you purchase an item and want it customized; the more communication up front, the faster and easier you will receive your finished product.

• I am very open to inquiries for design work that are not shown in my shop - if you need invitations, business cards, brochures or any work that is unique from what I have available, please message me and I would love to work one-on-one with you to create a new product. I will not copy another artist's work, so please do not send me someone else's design and expect a replica. I try to honor each designer's creations and will only take general inspiration from another's piece.

• The designs that I create are the property of The Oyster's Pearl. None of my work can be distributed, reproduced or copied without my explicit permission.

• Please note that when previewing an item on the computer, all monitors display color differently. This may account for slight hue changes from screen to screen, and of course the smallest of differences between what you see online and what gets printed out.

• I will do my best to respond to all inquiries and purchases within 1-3 business days, unless my shop is on vacation or otherwise noted in my heading, welcome message, or message to buyer.
