Why we started The PCOS Gift Shop
In September 2012, co-owner Sharmene was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). For years, she struggled with the physical and emotional ups and downs of living with PCOS until she found the PCOS Challenge: The National Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Association based in Atlanta, GA. They helped her to find her voice and a community who have been a great support system. Through her involvement in PCOS events, she found that her fellow PCOS community members were having difficulty finding nice teal and PCOS related apparel and gifts, so she decided to make it her mission to solve this problem.
Our desire is to spread positivity and awareness through PCOS apparel and gifts.
