My Business:

I decided to turn my {love} for paper crafts into a full-time business after creating our oldest daughter's first birthday. I enjoy creating items to be used in any type of event & {love} to plan events whether they are on a grand scale or an intimate setting, my own event or someone else's. However, combining the customer's ideas with mine to make the perfect celebration is an exciting process!

The thing I enjoy most about this, is connecting with my customers, especially through custom orders. I am always interested in hearing the customer's ideas and enjoy the challenge of creating it the exact way they have it envisioned. I get so excited whenever I send an example I made to the customer and they say "perfect"!

Hosting an event - birthday party, baby shower, bridal tea, bachelorette party, etc - is all about the "experience" you create for your guests (no matter the age)! This can be done in many different ways, but having the correct invitations, decorations, favors, or thank yous, will set your event apart from others. | IMPORTANT INFO |

- Please make sure you include your event or need-by date with your order!

- We will attempt to contact you 2 times to get the event date or any missing info needed for your order. If we cannot, then it could extend the processing time for your order.

- All orders are shipped to the address given on Etsy.

- Emails/messages will be answered whenever we are in the office, which is usually Mon - Fri @ 9am - 4pm MST. However, please understand that being a stay at home mom makes things a little unpredictable at times. Family & friends come first, but don't be surprised if you receive do a response during our "off" time.

- We will always post on our homepage if we will be out due to holidays or vacation. But rest assure that we will respond to you in a timely manner, as communication & customer satisfaction is are #1 priority!

| CANCELLATIONS |
If for some reason you need to cancel your order, we need to be contacted ASAP. If we have already started creating your order, we WILL NOT cancel or offer a refund. This is because so many items have to be customized to fit your event's needs & the amount of time put into each order.

We ship only to the address given on Etsy. Please contact us ASAP if it is not correct!

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned items (including any cost associated with re-sending items) if the mailing address given was not correct.



| SHIPPING TIMES |
Check our homepage for our next available shipping date.

We ship according to your event / need-by date, not by the date of your purchase.

We also do not ship on holidays.



| DELIVERY TIMES |
US Customers -
Most orders are shipped either USPS 1st Class or USPS Priorty Mail.
Upgrading to a faster delivery method or to FedEx/UPS is an option, but the increased cost will be paid for by the customer.


International Customers -
ALL items are shipped USPS 1st Class which will have a 2 - 6 WEEKS delivery time (varies by country) starting after the package is mailed.
Contact us if you want a faster shipping method.





| RUSHED / EXPEDITED ORDER |
If you need your items shipped ASAP or during a time when we're currently booked, please contact us BEFORE purchasing!
The following fees + upgrading the shipping method may apply :

- Orders up to $30 will have a $5 rush order fee added
- Orders $31 - $50 will have a $10 rush order fee added
- Orders $51 - $99 will have a $15 rush order fee added
- Orders $100 + will have a $20 rush order fee added

Event packages or bulk orders that need to be expedited will not be eligible for discounts.

| INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS |
Please note that due to International shipping being unpredictable because of Customs, we might need to upgrade your shipping method to USPS Priority Mail or International Express if you are uncertain it will arrive in time. We can also look into using another shipping company if you prefer. (All extra costs will be paid by you.) We are not responsible for delays due to Customs or the delivery service.
Refunds and Exchanges
| RETURN / EXCHANGE / DAMAGED |
We examine every item to ensure it is in excellent condition before shipping it & make sure that it will be very hard for anything to get damaged in transit.

However, please contact us within 48 HOURS of receiving your order if you are unsatisfied with anything! We will be more than willing to work with you on resolving the issue in a timely manner. We want our customers to be happy, but communication is key.

Returns / exchanges are done on a case-by-case basis :

If we did anything in error (verified by a photo) BEFORE it is used, then we will honor our policy immediately.

Due to health reason, items that are suppose to be used in food (cupcake toppers, cake toppers, etc) CANNOT be returned or exchanged!

Exchanges & returns will not be honored for customers who just decide they don't want the items OR for items that have been damaged by you or used.

We CANNOT honor returns or exchanges for CUSTOM or BULK orders. The amount of time, effort, & planning it takes for these orders is a lot, plus most custom & bulk orders are personalized to the customer's wants/needs.



| REFUNDS |
If you should never receive your package, let us know right away so we can figure it out. If the item cannot be found by the shipping company, then we will offer a refund once the shipping company refunds us (as long as insurance was bought).



| DELAYS |
We are 100% NOT responsible for delays due to the delivering postal service, as we have no control over weather; errors on their end; or any other circumstances that caused your items to be delayed. We ensure that the method of shipping we use for your order will get your items to you in plenty of time before your event, so it is out of our hands after we ship it.

| BOUTIQUE SELLING |
We are open to selling at stores/boutiques that have customers who would be interested in our line of items. We prefer to stay local (Denver Metro Area) so we can be apart of our display. However, we are open to shipping items to businesses out of state. Please feel free to contact us with more information regarding your business & consignment guidelines.
