Make sure you read the following before ordering.
I always want to have a happy customer that enjoys what I mail to them! So please take into account the following things as I've made it pretty clear how these transactions will work.
I kind of got a feel around Etsy for how other people deal with their store policies and took the ones that made the most sense and helped use it in mine
Payment should be processed as soon as you order it. Items will not be shipped until a payment clears. Transactions will be canceled and item will be re-listed if payment isn't completed by 5-7 days of order confirmation.
Only paypal payments are accepted.
If you're a Canadian citizen and would like to set up an instant transfer, please let me know and we'll work something out!
I will ship anywhere in the world. The prices stated for United States, Canada & United Kingdom are set in stone
For United Kingdom, please allow for up to 4-8 weeks delivery time as it is sent by airmail.
As long as a completed payment is in before 3:30pm EST (Eastern Standard Time), it will be shipped out same day. If it is in later than that, it will be shipped out the next day. (excludes prints and custom orders)
If you need it to arrive faster - please message me first & I will update the shipping cost.
All items are shipped from my house via regular letter mail. If you need a shipping/tracking # then please let me know as I'll have to update the shipping cost. Tracking is only available in parcel/light packet form which is extra.
I ship to your paypal address! Please make sure it is up to date!
If you prefer a different address, please leave it in your "Note To Seller" box!
All of my shipping prices are up-to-date with the current rates for Canada Post. In some cases, I do add an extra couple of cents on to pay for the bigger supplies (the cardboard for shipping artwork..etc)
If you overpaid me for shipping, you will receive a refund as soon as it's been mailed!
Refunds and Exchanges
If there is an issue with your order - we will discuss and find a route that works for both of us!
Refunds are based on each individual case.
If a refund does occur - it'll be the cost of the item, less the shipping costs.
I try to show/describe the product I am selling to the best of my ability so I will not refund if the buyer thought it would be something other than what they got. I list my sizes in the description, so PLEASE read before buying.

If you have any issues with a product, PLEASE contact me before giving me bad feedback. I am always here to sort out any issue someone may have. I would much rather see a happy customer versus a disappointed one.
