Never received my item or a refund. I needed the penny for my anniversary back in April.. Ended up making my own.

Please READ! Below is our convo. I'm sorry that your item was lost in the mail, however, I did offer to replace and give a 2nd one. A refund was NEVER requested and I NEVER got a response from you as to what you would like to do. Between you and Kimberly Drevenak May 9, 2015 Invoice: www.etsy.com/your/orders/ I've never received this item. Jill DeLine May 9, 2015 Oh no! I sent it quite awhile ago via USPS in a card. I'm so sorry it never made it! I will go ahead and send another out and would like to offer you a second one for the inconvenience. Payment
I accept credit cards directly, or payment through PayPal. If you'd like to pay with a credit card on Etsy, select the option with the four major credit card logos.

In order to save on shipping, you may combine purchases at checkout.
Shipping
I typically ship orders USPS First Class Shipping, with free Delivery Confirmation.

Most orders ship within 3-5 business days of a cleared payment. Custom orders will take longer and I will let you know my expected shipping date at the time of your order. If this is a rush item, please mention this during checkout and I'll be happy to prioritize shipping. If you require a faster shipping method than First Class, please contact me for further information.

If you would like your package insured, please contact me before purchasing an item and I will add insurance to the shipping cost.

Please note:
International deliveries are beyond our control once we mail them at the post office. Items delayed in customs will often take over one month to arrive.

International items may be subject to customs processing, VAT, and additional charges.

Seller is NOT responsible for customs fees and import taxes imposed on Buyer by their country of residence. U.S. laws do not permit Seller to label merchandise as a gift. In accordance with such laws, the shipping label provided by Etsy is prefilled with the "Merchandise" box checked.

If the Buyer is not willing to incur any related customs fees and import taxes due on the items, let us know and we will cancel the transaction and refund your money. If we have already sent the item, and you do not wish to pay such extra charges, we will refund your funds, minus shipping, once we receive the order back in good condition.

If your order is marked "delivered" by the USPS tracking system, we are not responsible for it and can not replace or refund that item.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact me within 3 days of receipt to discuss the issues. Please contact me for return procedures.

I will refund the purchase price of the item if it arrives damaged, or we can work out an exchange for another item of equal value. Sometimes I can fix the item and resend it. Please convo me with any problems.

Please note that custom orders are NOT returnable.
