All of my items are set up with automatic combined shipping. Orders ship out in 1-2 business days. In the event that a holiday falls on a shipping day, your item will be shipped the following business day.
Custom orders will take longer. Please ask me any questions that you may have.

Orders over $200.00 will ship with signature confirmation.

I do my very best to list items with accurate descriptions. If for any reason you feel that an item you have purchased is not what it is said to be, please contact me. I will do whatever I can to resolve the issue to make you a happy customer.

If a return is agreed upon, all items must be returned in the original condition and with the original packaging. Once I receive the item back, I will promptly refund. Return shipping fees are paid by the customer unless I made a mistake.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your package is delayed by customs, delivery time can take 4-6 weeks and this does not include processing times. If you need your item sooner please send me a message to discuss express shipping options. *Customs Fees:* Some countries charge fees for you to receive your package. These fees are an additional payment you must pay your country to receive your package from customs. Any customs handling or import fees are your responsibility.

There is a lot of extra work that goes into making a custom journal. Lots of communication and sometimes extra supplies. Therefore, prices for custom journals are higher than the journals I have listed in my shop.
