The Paper Giraffe Shop
Welcome and thanks for visiting my About page I’m Emily, the owner & designer of The Paper Giraffe Shop. From as far back as I can remember I’ve always loved being “artsy” and “crafty”. I first started out creating invitations with rubber stamps, while working in a stamping and scrapbooking store. The first invitations I made were for family and friends using rubber stamps, paints and cardstock paper.
After the scrapbooking store I went back to the corporate world for a few years until 2011 when we had our son, Liam James and I decided to be a stay a home Mom. I couldn’t imagine starting my Etsy Shop in the first few months of his life but around his first birthday I started seeing that between play dates and nap time I might have some time to start creating again and I was SO ready to do just that. A good friend encouraged me to open a shop and the rest is history I have been loving it every minute since.
I work out of our home studio in the Coastal Empire of Georgia where I enjoy creating new things and being inspired by all things around me. When I’m not creating or filling orders I love to spend my time with my wonderful husband, son and our little fluffy poodle. I love to cook, take pictures, travel and visit with friends and family.

Shop policies
All my items can be customized for your specific event and are all printable files that you print at your leisure! So print one or print 1000, print at home, or use an online service like Prints of Love and have them delivered to your door. Or go green and send your invite via email! All my items are sent at 300dpi for perfect printing every time.
All cards are in 5X7 size so please let me know if you need 4X6 and I will customize it for you.

DESIGN SERVICES
Please note that you are paying for our TIME to CREATE your printables. I maintain copyright of my designs but all licensed images (i.e. Elmo, Hungry Caterpillar, etc.) maintain the copyright of their original respective owners. Your design must include a personal photo and/or information. The digital files and cards I provide for these purchases are to be used strictly for personal reasons and not to be used in conjunction with any resale of the design or elements within the design. I do not claim ownership of character clipart or graphics. I do not sell character clipart or graphics, they must be included in the design with personal information and photos to be considered for permitted personal party use.
PLEASE NOTE Some businesses will not print unlicensed material. If you are using a print service, please make sure a copyright release is not required.
PLEASE NOTE REGARDING VISTAPRINT: My designs are not set up to print at Vistaprint as their sizes are not a true 5x7. A $5 fee will incur if using Vistaprint to print your invitations to redesign it to their sizing requirements.
