I love pretty ribbon, ink and stamps, pretty paper, fabric, and just about anything crafty. That love has brought me here. It is said that you will never "work" a day in your life if you do something you love. I LOVE what I do and I hope it shows.

Sizing Details

PLEASE MEASURE CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDERING. We're always glad to answer questions prior to your order if you have a concern about fit or use.

Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders gladly accepted. Custom orders must be paid within 3 days or they will be canceled unless previous arrangements have been made.

Are bags and ribbon returnable/refundable?

WE CUSTOM CUT ALL RIBBON AND CUSTOM EMBOSS ALL BAGS AT TIME OF ORDER SO WE DO NOT REFUND.

We double count ALL bag orders so claims of miscounts will not be accepted.

However, if you are in the US and need a specific color or texture of ribbon, we'll gladly send up to 3 samples prior to purchase. Just send us an email with your address.

We have over 100 bag patterns. If you don't see a design in the shop that meets your design style, just email us. We love to help!

How quickly can you ship my order?

We ship quickly. Most orders ship the same or next day. Actual delivery time will vary depending on location. Delivery Confirmation supplied with all orders.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT. BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS PRIOR TO CHECKOUT.

IF YOUR PACKAGE IS RETURNED FOR AN OUTDATED ADDRESS, YOU WILL BE GIVEN A REFUND LESS THE POSTAGE PAID.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR LATE MAIL AS THAT IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL. We will make every effort to help you track down your package. You may also use the Delivery Confirmation number to check your package delivery at the USPS online website.

Are full rolls of ribbon available?

We may have full rolls available. Please email us for information.

Do you offer ribbon/bag samples?

If you are the USA, we are happy to send up to 3 ribbon samples. Bags are NOT available for samples but we are happy to answer any sizing/use questions prior to purchase.

Are VAT/GST or other International taxes included in pricing?

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO TAXES, CUSTOMS AND OTHER FEES WHICH ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. THE VALUE OF YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE DECLARED AS "MERCHANDISE".

PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR COUNTRY'S GOVERNING BODY TO DETERMINE IF YOU WILL HAVE ADDITIONAL CHARGES OTHER THAN SHIPPING.

All Priority Mail International services containing merchandise are now insured by USPS against loss, damage, or missing contents up to $200 at no additional charge.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT. IF A PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE IS RETURNED, USPS WILL NOW CHARGE A FEE FOR THE RETURNED PACKAGE. THAT FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND ALONG WITH THE ORIGINAL POSTAGE PAID.

What do I do if there's a problem with my order?

We make every effort to double check each order and check off each item as it is packaged.

Claims of missing/damaged items will not be accepted after 48 hours of being received. All packages are shipped with Delivery Confirmation.
