Payment

US buyers:
I will send you an invoice within 24 hours of purchase. I accept PayPal payments and money orders. You have 3 days from the purchase date (invoice date) to make a payment with PayPal or 7 days for me to receive the money order. For all custom orders, I will not start the order until I have received a cleared payment.

International buyers:
I will send you an invoice within 24 hours of purchase. I accept PayPal payments from International buyers. You have 3 days from the purchase date (invoice date) to make a payment with PayPal. International buyers are also responsible for any taxes or customs fees that your item incurs once it reaches you.

If payment is not received by these specified timelines, the sale will be cancelled and the item will be relisted.

Shipping

I will ship within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment. For gift transactions, I can ship directly to the recipient. Please make sure I have an accurate, complete mailing address with a FULL name.

Shipping prices are quoted for first class, parcel post, or first class international mail. If you would like to upgrade to Priority Mail (2-3 days guaranteed), please let me know, and I will send you a new invoice that reflects the new shipping charges.

Delivery Confirmation is an additional $0.50. Insurance is an additional $1.50 for any item. I will notify you when the package has been shipped. If you would like either of these upgrades, please convo me and I will send you a new invoice reflecting these charges. If you do not purchase insurance, I cannot be responsible for loss.

For shipping, I use some recycled, like new boxes and envelopes, to save everyone a little cost. For gift transactions, I will send brand new boxes or envelopes. I will use Priority Mail shipping boxes or envelopes if you choose Priority Mail.

*Some natural bending in cards may occur due to climate changes when shipping longer distances.

Refunds and Exchanges

At The Paper Shoppe, your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us. Please contact us if you feel the item is significantly different than described and would like a refund. You have 3 calendar days from the day you receive your order to contact The Paper Shoppe. I will accept returns for items in LIKE NEW-MINT condition. I will refund the full purchase price once the item is inspected, upon being received. Shipping charges are buyers responsibility, unless the item is noticeably damaged upon reciept and unopened.

All personalized items are non-refundable.

All custom orders are non-refundable.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I will gladly accept custom orders! Please send me a convo with details of what you are hoping for. I will send any sample pictures to you before I create anything in bulk. For all custom orders, I will not start the order until I have received a cleared payment.
Due to the size, weight and thickness of our creations, some will require minimal additional postage. If you are planning on mailing any of our items yourself, please consider this when making a purchase.

Please know that custom items are made to order and can take between 2-20 business days before shipping, depending on the item(s). Rush orders can be provided at an additional cost - please contact us before purchasing.

Like we stated in our announcement, we are a family affair! Tim and I love what we do together. That doesn't only include handmade quality paper goods, but our kids and jobs as well. All that we do revolves around our family and our daily stride towards happiness.
