1 out of 5 starsTook money for personalisation but sent plain card. When I notified them I wanted it personalised and I was happy to return it, I contacted them a couple of times. They refunded personalisation but refused to swap for what I had actually ordered. If I wanted a normal card I wouldn’t of ordered off etsy.
