Please be certain you order correctly, as we WILL NOT refund or exchange an item due to a purchasing error (purchasing wrong color/size/design/choosing incorrect glitter option. etc). Please purchase carefully. However, we will quickly correct any error on our part.

I've been a total Disney freak since birth. Once I convinced my not-so-Disney-lovin' hubby to take "just one trip," he was hooked. We raised our babies on classic Disney movies and music, and as many trips to the Disney Parks as possible. As time went on, I started making custom Disney shirts for my family to wear in the parks every day. Soon, our Disney friends and family started requesting custom shirts and totes for their trips to Disney World and Disneyland too!

Our shirts are personalized to match each persons love of Disney; and I LOVE to put designs on the front and back if I can (gotta show your Disney spirit coming and going).

You'll see in our item descriptions that many of our shirts have a "story" behind it. Do you have a favorite attraction, snack, character, movie quote or memory you'd like made into a shirt? We'll be happy to help!

Our favorite Disney memories begin by starting each day at rope drop, and park hopping until the last park closes (or they kick us out); taking advantage of every "extra magic hour" we can. That's how we decided "The Park Hop Shoppe" would be a great name! We've been selling local for years and are thrilled to bring our items to you on Etsy!

Care instructions

Please turn your custom shirt inside out, and wash in COLD water with like colors. Tumble dry on LOW heat, or for best results, we recommend LINE DRY. Iron your custom shirt INSIDE OUT only, and on a low setting. Please DO NOT iron directly on the design!

Tote Bags and Trick-or-Treat Bags - Please spot wash by hand with warm soapy cloth. Do not put in washing machine, DO NOT iron directly on the design.

Size / Color / Design / Glitter Details

All sales are final....Please take the time to read all shop policies, full item descriptions/listing pictures/size charts, and any announcements on our shops home page before placing your order.

If you have a question about a color, shirt size or design, please contact us. Remember, when in doubt...SIZE UP!

Some of our designs come with GLITTER included in the design, or with a GLITTER / NON-GLITTER option in the drop-down menu. Please choose the GLITTER or NON-GLITTER/PLAIN option for each shirt from the drop-down menu carefully. If it is a design that doesn’t offer a NON-GLITTER option, please state in a Seller Note “No Glitter on this design please.”

Custom Orders

ALL CUSTOM DESIGNS ARE FINAL......

How our Custom Order works:
1) Contact us with your idea or picture of what you'd like.

2) We will send you a mock-up of your design idea.

3) IF you approve the design, we will advise on how to purchase
your listing.

4) If you do not like our first mock-up, we are willing to make THREE REVISIONS to get your design perfected. We will not make more than THREE revisions to any one design.

5) There is a $5 Design Fee if you purchase the design we created.

We reserve the right to use all custom designs in future listings.

Refunds and Exchanges

It is the buyer’s responsibility to read all shop policies, full item descriptions/listing pictures/size charts, and any announcements on our shops home page before placing your order.

It is our responsibility as a shop owner to deliver exactly what each customer purchases……so purchase carefully, as we DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges for purchasing incorrect sizes, colors, designs, shirt style, glitter or non-glitter accents, or because your item doesn't "look" the way you thought it would.

Please message us with any questions before ordering, we're happy to help:)

If there is something wrong with the order you receive, please contact us immediately and we will correct the problem, if the error is our fault.

Shipping Information

PLEASE VERIFY YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS...
Please review your Etsy Account to ensure all of your information is correct and updated BEFORE placing your order. All orders will ship to the address on your Etsy account unless you you specify otherwise in a Seller Note upon check-out.

Items are packaged and shipped to you via First Class Mail from the USA; with an est. 2-5 business days (depending on your zip).

We are not responsible for delayed, damaged items or loss through the fault of the USPS. Once our items leave the door, it is the responsibility of the USPS to deliver your item. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipped orders.

If a order is returned to us due to incorrect mailing information, we will contact you via Etsy messaging.

Check the status of my Order

TO CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER:

1) Click "Your Account" in the upper right corner of your screen

2) Select "Purchases and Reviews"

3) View your receipt. View shipping details. Find your order with The Park Hop Shoppe, and you'll be able to see whether your order is pending, shipped, or when it is scheduled to ship.

4) This is most easily done on a desktop and NOT the mobile app.

I need my Order by a certain date

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us BEFORE placing your order, as we may not always be able to accommodate your request during certain high-volume times of the year.

Please DO NOT purchase an item and leave a “Need By” date or “ASAP” in the Seller Note without contacting us FIRST to ensure we can accommodate your request. If it is a high-volume time and you did not contact us first, your order will be processed in the order in which it was received, and we will NOT issue a REFUND.

I need to make a change to my Order

We begin processing your order within 24 hours after it is received.

Contact us immediately if you need to make a change to your order, and understand that your order processing time will start over if a change is made.

Please do not message us days after an order has been placed and request a change (shirt size, color, etc.). By this time, your order in already in the processing stage.

Please be sure you order correctly.

What do I put in a Seller Note

We love to answer our customers questions about sizes, colors, designs etc. in Etsy messaging, to ensure they know exactly what/how to order.

However, we cannot remember every conversation that takes place between our Customers, as we receive dozens of messages each day.

If you need us to know ANY important information / details about your Order, please leave it in the Seller Notes (ie: design change, different type of shirt, etc).

If the detailed information you require for your order is not left in the Seller Notes, WE ARE NOT responsible for you not getting what you want.

Designs / Glitter Imperfections

All designs are cut on a commercial vinyl cutter, slight variations in cuts are to be expected (not “sharp” edges). We use an industrial grade heat press for all shirts and bags, which can sometimes result in an imprint (as you might also find when ironing a garment).

On shirts or bags with glitter, there can sometimes be a glitter imprint or residue that may show on your design. These imprints or minor imperfections are common and NOT a reason to request a refund or to exchange a product.

Each piece of vinyl is hand placed and hand pressed to ensure it's centered properly before final pressing. Therefore, no two shirts are identical.
