In October I began discussing a custom banner for my son’s 2nd birthday party which was at the end of December. Amanda was made aware of the party date in my initial email in October. Amanda had the final banner design available for purchase 11/8/17, I purchased it 11/9/17. After I purchased it I never heard back from Amanda despite multiple attempts trying to contact her from 12/8/17-12/26/17. I was a repeating customer she did my son’s 1st birthday banner but I WILL NEVER buy from her again!!!! In my 12/26/17 email to her I asked for a refund if she was not going to be able to deliver the banner I ordered and of course I heard nothing from her nor did I receive my refund. I had to open a case with ETSY in order to obtain my refund. BUYER BEWARE!! There are many other banner makers on ETSY that I would choose over Amanda!!!

Note to other potential buyers - this shop does not ship within 3-5 business days of ordering as stated. I had not heard anything from them after 12 days of ordering the product and contacted them. They had not even started making the product and told me that I should have told them when I needed it. Their shop site is very confusing as to when to expect product as it states shipments will occur within 3-5 days but that is not the case as I found out. I asked them to change it for the benefit of others, but I have not received a response so I thought I would note. It is very disappointing to me since I had planned on receiving the banner for my daughter's birthday party this weekend and we are now without.

Ordered an item over two weeks ago. I was contacted by Etsy to see if I liked my order, it still hadn't been shipped so I chose the option of contacting the seller. I waited 4 days and did not get a response until I opened a dispute with Etsy. Now my order has been cancelled even though it was supposedly going to be shipped on Monday. All I needed was a response which never happened and now it is too late to order from someone else for my event. Terrible experience with this seller.
