Her design process is flawless — she listens, she suggests but she’s never insistent. I felt bad asking for changes and revisions but she always assured me it was never a problem. I received my parcel today and not only was everything beautifully packaged, there was a handwritten thank you and other beautiful gifts. I was very touched and taken aback! I cannot recommend her enough!!
