OMG this pickle kit is amazing! I got this as a summer activity for my daughter (6yo) and she loved it. First, the packaging was gorgeous! It would make a great gift for the foodies in your life! Second, the instructions were really clear. All I needed was vinegar, water, and something to pickle! I used cucumber and carrots, but next time I think I want to try daikon radish for a bit of fusion. Finally, the process was really easy! Add liquids to a small pot with pre-measured seasonings (which smell so good, btw), boil and pour (carefully) into jars with veggies already inside. I waited a few days so the veggies got really pickled and the flavor is 🧑‍🍳💋 it's bright but not super sour, not too salty, and the garlic is just perfect! I can't wait to share my vinegared vittles the next time I'm visiting with family!

I bought this as a gift so I did not actually see or taste the pickles myself but my pickle loving friend said they are delicious!!

These are so delicious! My favorite is the Shakespeare, but the Basho is a big hit with the ginger lovers in my family. Got to try the pickled green beans as well (in Shakespeare), and will definitely be purchasing another batch sometime. I also used the leftover brines in other recipes, and they added a wonderful punch of flavor.
