Returns and exchange details
Due to the nature of our business and the products sold, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you are sent an incorrect pattern, color, or size, please contact us with in 3 business days of receiving the product(s) and we will happily exchange the item.

All exchanged items (incorrect items only - NO returns) must be returned in the original packaging, and in the original condition. This means free of all pet hair, odors, and stains. We will not ship the replacement until we receive the original product back in this condition. Failure to comply with these terms will result in a final sale and no refund.

Refunds/Custom Listings/Price Adjustments:
All adjustments are done when we print shipping labels for the day. Please note ETSY has a policy of not issuing refunds of direct checkout payments for 24-48 hours. The refund may take another 5-10 business days to post to the account depending on the issuing bank

NO Cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please contact us directly through Etsy when inquiring about sales completed on Etsy.

In the event of a refund, they are only awarded after authorization to send product back has been given. If you need to return a product, contact us on ETSY first. Returns MUST be shipped within 3 days and received no later than 7 business days after RMA is issued. All products must be returned in the original packaging (unless new packaging ok'd prior), new, unused, uncut/damaged, and free of all odors, stains, damage, and pet hair. Any returns not complying to the above turns will be denied. Customer will get the refund for the purchase price of the product only. All shipping costs are the customers' responsibility. A 25% restocking fee may be applied. Any refunds will be issues less original retail shipping costs (even on "free shipping" items. Packages refused at time of delivery will not be refunded under any circumstance. These packages can take 6 weeks or more to be returned to us. Any unauthorized returns will be treated as abandoned orders, and no refunds will be issued.

Valances are cut "as they fall". This means that the pattern may not match if multiple valances are ordered. If you require all the valances to match we suggest you purchase our "Custom Fabric Placement" Listing available here:

No refunds on orders already shipped. We reserve the right to refuse any refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstance (including unshipped orders)

All cancellations/returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
No refunds on custom orders/custom listings or pillow covers.

In the event we send you the wrong product, we will cover all charges associated with getting you the correct product.

No returns/exchanges on Clearance section items.
We accept PayPal, certified check/money order and Credit Card*.

We only accept Credit Card through Etsy's credit card payment service.

If paying by Certified Check or Money Order, your order will NOT be shipped until funds have cleared.

International Buyers – Please Note:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility - refusal/failure to pay these will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be given. Customers refusing to pay duties will not be given the option to re-ship their orders.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
We ship orders the most economical way (usually USPS Ground). If you need your items by a given day or specific method, please contact us ahead of time. We offer rushed ORDER/EXPEDITED SHIPPING at an additional cost. We will need a zip code for this quote.
Priority Express is the only method that carries a guaranteed delivery date by USPS. Restrictions do apply, and not all Express shipping orders will meet requirements. For more information please check Any orders shipped USPS Express and not delivered on time will have a claim filed. It is at USPS's discretion on if these charges are refunded, and as such we make or imply no guarantee of delivery date/time.
FedEx/UPS 2nd day and overnight are available at customers request/expense.
US Orders (Non APO/FPO) Please us a physical NON PO BOX Address
PO Box addresses may take longer for delivery than a physical address. We do not/will not ship to any address other than your registered Etsy shipping address at time of purchase. If you need the address changed, we will have to cancel the order AFTER you reorder with the corrected address.
International customers are responsible for any and all duties/taxes/fess by importing our products. International orders are shipped FIRST CLASS and can take 6 WEEKS + TO ARRIVE. We do offer an upgrade to priority international shipping (6-10 business days) at an additional charge.
Currently is costs 16.99 to ship each pillow internationally, or a set of 4 can ship for 64.99. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

Standard Ground/First Class packages are not insured. If you would like insurance on your package you will need to purchase additional services OR upgrade to Priority Shipping which comes standard with $50/$100 insurance.

Please contact us prior to ordering inserts. Etsy does not properly charge shipping for inserts. Any orders placed with out prior contact will be canceled.

We prefer to use physical shipping addresses whenever possible over a PO/PMB (AFO/APO military excluded).

Returned items:

We only ship to the Etsy address on file during check out. If you need your order shipped to a different location, make sure you change the address before finalizing your purchase. Once shipped it will be the customers' responsibility to redirect any orders. Any orders returned as undeliverable, incorrect address, or similar, it is the buyers responsibility to pay all shipping charges associated with re-shipping the item(s).

Free shipping promos do NOT apply to inserts and select other items. In the event this promo is applied to these items, the transaction will be canceled without notice. We apologize for the inconvenience, but Etsy's Promo/Sale feature is still working through some bugs, and it is an issue we have brought to their attention.

Items damaged in shipping need to be reported to us in 3 business days or less. Most carriers require the packaging as part of the claim process. It is the buyers' responsibility to hold on to this until the claim processes ( and possible appeal) has been completed. Failure to Once the claim has been approved by the carrier we will send a replacement order to the customer. Documentation (photos of damage and packaging) is also required. Customers who fail to provide this will have their claim denied by us - no exceptions. Any failure to provide requested info/photos with in 1 business day may result in a claim denial.

AK, HI, & non-continental US customers - Pillow covers still fall under our standard shipping policy, but due to a recent change in the way USPS ships, we will need to quote you for insert shipping.
Additional policies and FAQs
All our products are made to order and considered "custom made products". Please allow 5 Business Days ( M-F Excluding all bank/government holidays) Processing for your order. Print on pillows 17" and under may not be centered at listed price. Please ask before purchasing. We do offer custom print placement at an additional charge.

We take our pictures outside in natural sunlight to get the best representation of each color, and then are painstakingly matched to our professional graphics monitor (HP DreamColor LP2480zx) which has been balanced and calibrated to give true to life color, to make sure we have some of the most accurate depictions of the item anywhere on the INTERNET. Even though we do all this, we unfortunately cannot control the settings on your device, so some colors may appear differently on your device due to monitor resolution, dye lots, lighting conditions and other factors. We do suggest ordering fabric samples to ensure you are 100% happy with our product.

We reserve the right to upgrade envelope style covers to hidden zipper free of charge at our discretion as needed.

Customers wanting multiple identical items will need to contact us prior to ordering. Custom fabric placement listing may be needed depending on item, size and print. Detailed instructions will need to be attached to order even after contacting us to help make sure you get exactly what you are looking for.

Fit Recommendations

Any size recommendations, are just that. They are not set in stone, nor perfect and are based on our pillow covers with our inserts. Use of any other cover/insert combination may not fit properly. Our covers are not made to fit box style cushions/pillows.
While our size recommendations best fit our inserts, we do generally recommend that you order your covers 1" for poly and 2" smaller than down inserts. This should achieve a look similar to the ones shown in our photo if the inserts are in good condition.
The best thing to do would be to remove the existing covers (if removable w a zipper/envelope style/or button), turn them inside out and measure from seam to seam. This is the true size of the cover and how we measure our covers.
For our 16x16, 12x16 and 12x18" down inserts it is ok to order the same size poly as inserts. We find ordering smaller covers on this size does make them difficult to stuff.

Abandoned/Refused orders:
Any orders refused delivery, or refusal of re-shipping the items will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be given.

Fabric Placement:
Due to repeat variation and size, as well as pillow size all items may vary from item shown in photos. We do offer an option for custom fabric placement (

We reserve the right to substitute Envelope Style for hidden zippers free of charge at any time without notifying customer. We use YKK white hidden zippers, but reserve the right to substitute for another comparable brand/style without notice if YKK is out of stock. Additional zippers colors may be available for a $5 upcharge/ cover. Contact us PRIOR to ordering for this option. Additional time will be required to complete the order.

Store Credits:
Store credits are only good for 6 months from the original (estimated) ship date. Any credits not used in 6 months will be forfeited.

Fabric Placement:
In order to offer the lowest possible price on our items, our covers are made "as the fabric falls". This means stripes / geometric / prints may appear differently on one side versus the other, or may not line up properly. Customers who would like their covers to appear in a specific manner should contact us prior to ordering, and order a "Custom Fabric Placement" for each cover face they would like set in a particular manner. Lumbar pillows may run as shown or turned 90* at our discretion. To make sure the fabric is running the way you would like it we recommend purchasing Custom Fabric Placement.

Premier Prints fabrics are 1st quality from Premier Prints, they are however a much cheaper fabric than the other brands we stock. This means the fabric may have inclusions such as (but not limited to): seams in the fabric, printing off register, crooked prints, slub lines, etc. These have passed Premier Prints quality inspections, and as such, they have deemed this normal stock. We will not replace/refund Premier Prints due to these defects as Premier Prints does not consider this a defect. For Premier Prints quality issues, we recommend you contact Premier Prints directly.

Ordering the correct size:
Our covers are measured and sold by the actual seam to seam measurements.
The best way to determine which size you need is to remove the old cover, turn it inside out and measure from seam to seam.
If you cannot remove the cover, you will need a flexible (seamstress) tape, and lay the tape across the girth of the pillow measuring from seam to seam.
For ordering our inserts and covers, we recommend ordering your covers 1" smaller than a poly insert or 2" smaller (on covers 18"+ covers less than 18" you can usually order true to size) for a down insert. We cannot guarantee fit on pillow forms from other suppliers/shops.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer and/or cancel any transaction for any reason with or without prior notification.

Lost Packages
We first suggest contacting your local USPS (contact them directly as the 800# listed is usually not much help). USPS now has the ability to see the GPS location of where the packages are scanned as delivered, and this should tell you if it was delivered at your house or your neighbors on accident. They can also contact the driver to see if they remember any details about the delivery (which the 800# will not do). Unfortunately if we (the seller/shipper) contact USPS on your behalf, they have a tendency to just tell us it has been delivered and do not offer much support.

Packages are sent USPS Retail Ground (formerly Parcel post) or First Class. Package insurance is an additional option on these methods of shipping. It is the customers' responsibility to request & pay for additional services.
Woven Covers
Due to the nature of woven items, some variations in color and pattern may occur. This is the nature of this style cover. Some striped patterns may not line up on any/all sides.
