The Story of Pink House Press

My shop's story began when I got what my parents would describe as a “bee in my bonnet” to build a tabletop letterpress after finding an online tutorial for how to construct one. My day job was web design, so I was itching to dip my hands into the world of print. After making friends with a few Home Depot employees and experimenting with some rental power tools, I got my press up and running in my little studio apartment (limbs still intact and all!). The initial letterpress prints have since evolved into koozies, decals, watercolor prints, wedding items, and most recently Snapchat filters. I feel blessed to have been able to turn my little hobby into my current full time job!

The name Pink House Press is dedicated to the house I lived in my senior year of college, when my creative design juices really started flowing. Perhaps that's because Ben Folds is rumored to have lived in the house during the formation of Ben Folds Five, or that the house even inspired its own movie (see also: pinkhousemovie.com). Either way, I like to think a special spirit of creativity lingers in that house and that I picked some of it up along the way!

Returns and exchanges
We want you to love your Pink House Press products and do everything we can to ensure your product arrives as expected. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition or exchange it within 14 days of receiving it. Shipping
All in-stock orders will be shipped via USPS within 1-3 business days, and we try to ship next day whenever possible. Customized koozie orders require 2-3 weeks processing and shipping, so please try to plan for these in advance!
