Welcome to The Pink Persimmon! I really want your experience to be a positive one, so if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to get in touch with me. I check my email several times a day, so you can expect a quick reply.

I also make custom orders, so if you find something you think you'd like in a different color/style/etc., please email me with the details of the piece you'd like made, and I will let you know if it is possible for me to create it.

Payment
I am currently accepting payments through Paypal. If you find something you absolutely cannot do without, and are unable to make your purchase via Paypal, go ahead and email me and I'll see if we can work something out. I will not ship items until I have received your payment, and will hold your item for up to 7 days while the payment is pending. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after I have shipped them, but I will accept returns within 15 days of purchase. Custom pieces are non-refundable unless they are damaged upon arrival.
Shipping
I will ship all items using standard shipping (NOT overnight) within 5 business days of purchase. If you need a rush order, just email me with the circumstances, and I will do all I can to get your order sent promptly.
Refunds and Exchanges
Unless your item is a custom design*, I will accept returns for either an exchange or a full refund, minus original shipping costs, if you notify me within 15 days of your purchase. You, the buyer, must pay the return shipping charges. Please get in touch with me about your reasons for wanting to return your item. If I have made an error, I will gladly rectify the situation quickly.

FAULTY GOODS
If your item is faulty and you require a refund only, I will refund both the original shipping charges and the cost for sending the item back to me**. You may be required to send photographic evidence that the item is damaged.
If you require an exchange, I will refund the cost for sending the item back to me** and there will be no charge for sending out the replacement item.
If you are returning an item to the store, I suggest you use a secure service with a tracking number, as I will not be held responsible for items that do not arrive.

*You will be notified before purchase is complete if the item is a made to order item that cannot be returned or exchanged. This does not apply if the item is faulty.
