About ThePioneerDoll

Sales 229
On Etsy since 2017

My hands aren't as fast as the ideas coming to my mind.

For years before I started actually sewing up my first patterns for the temple chair envelope I wondered why nobody had solved the obvious problem as seen by many in the LDS temple endowment session where sacred clothing seems to slip onto the floor. I finally started on the designs in 2014 but was put on hold for a large contract sewing job for a local museum and because I have a family to care for. I went through several designs from 2014-2016 in my free "mom time" and found one that would work as a beginning design in 2017 (elastic gathered flap design). I continue to simplify and resolve issues with fabric and pattern design. Keeping the sacred endowment clothing off the floor, not distracting from the ceremony, and being able to easily store the envelope in your pocket are the main problems I try to solve with this pattern. I graduated from Utah State University in 2003 with a major in Textiles and Apparel and a minor in Design. (Fashion Design)

Frequently asked questions
I forgot to use my coupon when ordering. Can I still use it?

Not for this order. But you can still use it next time:) Please check your coupons and include them when you first place your order. There is a process involved with canceling and refunding orders along with the fees of relisting items so they can be ordered again.

My envelope doesn't fit the chair. Do I get a refund or exchange?

Yes. Even though I haven't had this problem yet, I will fix or exchange your envelope for one that works of equal value if it is faulty in it's function.

Can you ship my ordered items to multiple addresses?

No and yes. Only one address can be used unless you pay for the extra shipping for the extra addresses when first making the order. Please ask BEFORE ordering so the special shipping cost can be included with your order.

Do you have a list of temples that the envelopes have been confirmed that they do fit on the chairs?

I personally have fit these on the Houston and San Antonio temple chairs.
