Since our items are custom made especially for each customer, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

I will not offer a refund because you failed to read shop policies with current turnaround times.

Of course, if we make a mistake we will happily fix it and make it right! If we have made a mistake, you have 48 hours after receiving your item to convo us for resolution.

I accept PayPal or credit card payments through Etsy.
Please note that your order will not be started until funds have cleared payment.

Once an order has been placed you have 24 hours to cancel -- no exceptions.

If you order a RTS (ready-to-ship) item with no personalization, your item will ship within 2 business days.

We offer a 14 business day order turnaround on most custom orders. Our primary business is custom products, thus some items will have a longer lead time—if this applies to your order we will communicate that to you. Often we are able to complete and ship your order sooner! Our turnaround does not include shipping times. We ship all orders under 13oz First Class via USPS. Shipping transit time is often 2-5 business days. If you prefer Priority shipping, please convo us to add that service.

If you need your item(s) quicker, please convo us and we can offer a RUSH service for a small fee.

I will ship to the Paypal address ONLY. If you have moved, please your Paypal address before you purchase. We are not responsible for unchanged addresses or addresses put in messages or comments.

If you are local to Winston Salem, NC you may pickup your order to save on shipping costs!

Please note: Insurance is not added onto packages UNLESS the customer specifically requests for insurance to be added. Therefore, after the item(s) has been delivered to the USPS, we are no longer responsible for the order - lost, stolen or damaged (open/torn) packages. For lost/stolen packages marked delivered and are not received you must contact your local post office for additional information.

All shirts are WHITE! If you prefer a different color shirt, please convo me to see if that color is available.

All shirts will be sent as SHORT sleeve unless otherwise specified. If you haven't specified in your order, we will automatically send short. No refund/exchange will be provided. Shirt brand and style depend on availability.

When ordering, please include all details/information during checkout so that your order will not be delayed. All items are custom made and are not started until I have all of the information (name/monogram/thread color/etc).

Due to the custom, handmade nature of our items, we reserve the right to change the fabric, fabric placement, ribbon color, thread color, etc on your item if we are out of it. We will do our best to match the fabric to look like the image shown. Each item is made just for you and may vary slightly from the picture but will still uphold the integrity of the item shown. Fonts may be different, if you want a particular font seen in my shop please include that request when ordering.

All items are to be used with adult supervision. Some items may contain small pieces that could serve as a choking hazard.
