Welcome to ThePixiePalace, I'm glad you stopped by! I hope you enjoy what you find in my little corner of the world. :-)
My goal is to give children a little bit of the "old days"--a time when the best toy a child had, was his or her imagination. The world is changing. It's fast, hard and electronic. With those thoughts in mind, I have created soft, "warm" toys. No hard, cold plastic, electronics, batteries, lights or harsh sounds. Just beautiful, realistic, felt food and playsets. With toys from ThePixiePalace, you'll watch your child's room transform into a bakery, or a restaurant, or a grocery store. There will be tea parties and cookouts, bake sales and birthday parties and you and all their best furry friends will be invited! Maybe it will even become a prehistoric paradise for a little while...

Custom orders are always welcome--if you can imagine it, I can probably make it--I love a challenge!
Payment is made thru PayPal or by credit card through Direct Checkout.
Regarding physical items:
If your order totals $125 or more, a lay-away program of sorts may be arranged through convo. Complete payment must be made before items will be shipped. No refunds will be given on cancellation of such orders.

ThePixiePalace is not responsible for lost or misdirected orders. I ship to the exact address given on the order form so please double check to be sure it is correct before you submit payment. Once your order leaves my hands, it is the responsibility of the United States Post Office. I do not refund/replace orders lost by the Post Office or Customs Office.
All shipping prices in my shop, reflect current USPS First Class shipping rates for domestic orders and International First Class rates for international orders. Priority upgrade is available for US customers at checkout.
A note to my International customers: Shipping prices have soared this year. I do my best to give cost effective, accurate shipping quotes but if I have overestimated, I will refund any overage more than $1.
If you require:
Tracking, insurance, Express shipping, International Priority, International Express, or any other additional service, please contact me prior to completing your order and I will more than happy to create a custom listing for you.
I am unable to mark International shipments as "gift". Doing so is illegal--all customs/duties/VAT fees are the responsibility of the customer.
First Class shipping is running about 3-5 days.
Domestic Priority shipping is running about 1-2 days.
First class shipping to Australia is running about 16 days.
First class shipping to Canada is running about 10 days.
Please keep this in mind when ordering and plan accordingly if you need items in a certain time frame. I do try to accommodate rush orders when I can but the postal service and customs office doesn't! :-)
Regarding digital downloads:
Your order will be available for download immediately upon payment.
Refunds and Exchanges
Cancellation of an order is allowed within 24 hours of order date. No refunds will be given under the following circumstances:
*Orders placed between October 1st and December 25th
*Once work on the order has begun
*Digital content ie; downloadable PDF patterns
If, in the unlikely event, you receive an item in which construction is flawed in some way or is not as portrayed in the listing, please contact me immediately to arrange a mutually satisfactory resolution. Negative feedback will not resolve the issue but communication will. Refunds or replacements, if applicable, will be issued after the original item has been returned. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I do not sell wholesale or offer multiple item discounts due to the time involved in making hand stitched items.
