Any items returned must be in their original condition. If you are unsure of the potential fit of an item please compare the listed measurements with those of a similar item you own. If the return is due to a change of mind and not error, the buyer must pay return shipping; initial shipping cannot be refunded.

We accept PayPal and money orders.
Payment through PayPal/indication that a money order will be sent is expected within 48 hours of a purchase unless we have been contacted prior to the sale for other arrangements. Money orders must be received within 7 days of purchase unless other arrangements have been made. If, after the stated time frame, there has been no payment/indication of payment to be sent or other communication, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase.


***If you wish us to reserve an item we'll be glad to do it, but please note that an item will be taken off reserve if a week has passed with no purchase and no communication from you that you wish us to continue the reserve.***

All packages will be sent first-class with delivery confirmation (when possible); other shipping methods are available by request. Gift wrapping is available at no extra charge upon request. We usually ship Mondays and Thursdays but are always glad to make an exception!

Our shipping costs are based on the average estimate of shipping the items; if actual cost differs greatly, we will refund the overage. If a large quantity of items are ordered, we will work to find the best method at the best price for shipping.

**We regret that due to customs restrictions, we are unable to ship hats and other accessories, cards or photographs to Italy. All allowed items are shipped via Priority International Flat Rate only, which allows up to 4 pounds.**

To our international customers:
Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, or similar that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. We have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and we cannot be responsible for those charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.

**We regretfully cannot ship certain items to any country where those items are prohibited (i.e. Italy) or to any country currently in a trade embargo with the United States.**

Please note: Our shop is online 24-7, but we aren't! If you send us a message but don't hear back from us immediately, please don't worry; we do sometimes like to leave the house for groceries and such! We do check email at least once a day and will get back to you as soon as possible.

Our business is located in our home, which is the dwelling place of five marvelous cats, and absolutely no smoking is allowed. It's bad for our patterns and worse for our kitties! There are peanut products consumed regularly, so do keep that in mind if you or an intended gift recipient has an exceptionally strong peanut allergy.

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order, for example), if you contact me directly.
