hurting the planet is not very poetic—that's why none of the artwork or packaging contributed to deforestation and is biodegradable and recyclable.
all prints are:
↟made with sustainable hemp watercolor paper
(%25 hemp, %75 post-consumer fiber)
↟packaged with 100% recycled chipboard
↟shipped in 100% recycled, biodegradable, and recyclable flat mailers
↟secured with renewable & biodegradable water activated packing tape
↟shipped with business cards made from 100% recycled cotton t-shirts
all of the art in my shop is crafted, printed, and packaged with the most earth-friendly materials I could find on the market. going green as an art shop is not easy and it is certainly an investment—the truth is, it is just plain easy and affordable to use conventional products. that being said, it was more than well worth the investment of time and money to make a product I feel proud of creating and that you can feel proud of buying.
when I am not creating art for The Poetic Forest, I am either working on my next poetry collection, watching scary movies, reading high-fantasy, or pretending I am a chef in my hobbit-sized kitchen.
