Non payment after 7 days will result in sale voided and item being re-listed. Please don't make me do this. I cry:-(
With Posh Printables, the files will be sent to your Paypal Email address. If you would like it sent to another email address please let me know in the message to seller section.
Please also make sure that brigtte [!at] theposhevent.com is accepted so that it is not blocked by your spam blocker. If you have not received the file within 48 hours please first check your spam file then contact me. Please note that some emails tend to block attachments. If your email is like this I can instead send a download link. Please contact me if you prefer this method.

What is a Printable?
A Printable is a digital product sent to you by email for you to print, cut, assemble and use. You will receive an email with the file attached or as a download link. You will then download the product to your computer or storage device. Then print the file on your printer on the suggested paper and follow the assembly directions. You then will have a usable product, like a box, a cupcake wrapper etc. You will NOT receive a tangible good by mail.
Is the price listing for the entire file?
Yes! You pay the price listed. There are no additional or hidden fees.
How many times can I use the file?
You can use the file unlimited amount of times whenever you like just for the price of the file.
What does Personal Use Only mean?
This means that only you the person who purchased the file can use the file. You cannot share it with others or use it to profit with. You may not resell the file or the printed products commercially. You can however use the item with other products that you have for sale. For example: The cupcake wrappers can be used on the cupcakes you are selling, or the gift tags can be used on the products you are selling. They cannot be sold by themselves.
Do you do custom design orders? How do we set one up?
Yes we do! I do ask that you request custom orders on my Custom Order Request Form on my site. This way I have a number of questions to fill out so that I can better answer your question the first time without us having to go back and forth so many times via convo. This way you can get your order faster and more accurately! Custom orders can take 2 weeks or more to complete depending on the order. So please plan accordingly. I BEG of you (envision me kneeling in front of you) DO NOT purchase an item in my shop and then ask to change it. This throws a major wrench in my order filling process and will not be able to fill your order within the listed fulfillment times. Then you will not be happy, and then I won't be happy, and I just really like everyone being happy.
Print and Ship your products to me? How do we set this up?
Yes, we do offer printing, cutting, assembling, and shipping of all of the items in the shop. I ask that you request print orders using my Custom Order Request Form on my site. This way I have a number of question to fill out so that I can better answer your questions the first time without having to go back and forth so many times via convo. This way you can get your order faster and more accurately! Print order can take 2 weeks or more to complete depending on the order, so please plan accordingly.
How long will it take to receive the file via email from your Etsy Store?
Instantly! After payment clears! Isn't technology awesome!
It has been 24 hours and I have not received my digital files. What should I do?
Usually all orders will be sent to your email instantly after payment is cleared and will also be available for download through etsy. But unless there was a custom request or an echeck payment you will get it instantly. If not:
1. Check your Etsy account to make sure that payment has gone through
2. Check the email account linked with your Etsy Account. I will send to this email address unless specified in the "message to seller" section at Etsy Checkout.
3. Check your spam mail folder. AOL and Hotmail seem to like to throw emails with attachments into the spam mail or even block them.
4. If all fails and you do not have the files in any of these locations or on etsy please contact me. Please contact me via Etsy Convo first. I will get back to you usually within 24 hours (but as I am but one person, weekends can take longer). I can then resend the file. No worries, you will get the file:-) I promise! :-)
How do I purchase a printable from your Etsy Shop?
You can purchase printables from The Posh Event Etsy Shop by:
1. Simply going to the listing on Etsy.
2. Click on the "Add to Cart" button. This will then add the product to your cart.
(If you would like to purchase another item from my shop you can hit the "Continue Shopping" button and you will be directed back to my shop. If you would like to check out you can hit the "check out" button. )
3. During Check out you will be able to select payment method and proceed through the prompts.
4. You will get an order confirmation email to your email address listed on your Etsy account.
5. I will get notice from Etsy and Paypal once the transaction has gone through and Etsy will send it instantly.
6. Voila! You have a new Posh Printable to play with!
I received the wrong file/color now what?
Pretty please do not yell at me:-) Every now and then I may attach the wrong file. I am human, and a mom who gets very little sleep. So it can happen. Simply contact me and I will try to correct it as quickly as possible. Unfortunately though if you purchased a file and stated the wrong color or didn't state a color and received the color shown as stated in each listing, you will have to repurchase to get the correct color. It has been happening quite a bit where I get a request for a different color/pattern after it was sent. So I unfortunately have to now ask that one repurchases the file.
Do I have to have a Paypal Account to purchase from you?
No, While paypal is the processing system that I use, you are not required to have a Paypal account to be able to make payment through Paypal. Paypal will let you securely use your credit or debit card through them with no need to sign up for an account. But Etsy also now has their own system which is fine too.
Can I pay with an E-Check and how long does it take?
Yes, you can pay with E-Check through Paypal. It does however tend to take anywhere from 3 to 10 days for the payment to clear. Only then will the file or order be processed. If you need the file/item sooner than that, please choose a different payment method.
Will you provide instructions on how to use the printables?
Yes I will provide guidelines and suggestions on how to use the printables. There really isn't just one way to use most of the files. I have seen so many creative ways people have used them that really things are only limited by your imagination. I will make paper type, tool, and assembly suggestions to achieve what I have pictured in the listing. Please also go to my blog at http://www.EverydayPosh.com to see the inspiration boards of what others have done with them to get some really great ideas. Plus, please also send me pictures on how you used them so that I can share that with others out there as well! I will soon have full picture step-by-step directions on my site www.ThePoshEvent.com. Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of this product, I do not offer refunds once the file has been sent. If you are truly unhappy with the product please contact me and we will see what we can do to make that smile return to your face.
Can I use your images from your shop? And how can I use them?
I am thrilled when my pictures are used by others on their blog, pinterest, websites, news, inspiration boards...etc. I just ask that you give me credit for the picture if you do and please let me know. I am all about cross promotion where I can let others know that you featured something of mine and to check it out. Please do not use the images as your own, or on sites with objectionable material such as but not limited to sites that promote hate, racism, sexism, etc. As the words of the gym coach in the movie "Grease" "let's keep it clean people"
What program do I need to open the printable files?
For PDF files you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. This is usually preinstalled on all computers. If you do not have it or need to update it, you can go to their site www.Adobe.com and download it for FREE!
For Microsoft Word Editable Files you will need Microsoft Word. I have saved all of the files in compatibility mode so you will be able to open the files with all versions of Microsoft Word.
For some of the Editable files you can also use Google Docs to open and edit them with.
How do the Microsoft Editable Files work?
Microsoft Editable Files are pretty neat since you have so many more options this way than with an editable PDF file. You will open the file in MSWord. You will notice that the background design will look faded. This is ok! This is MSWord's way of telling you that the design is in the background. It will print the full color. You will be able to use the provided text boxes in the file to fill in the wording that you would like. You can change the font, the font color, and font size. You can add and delete text boxes to change the layout. And best of all, after all of that work, you can save the file so that you can print when needed. You will NOT however, be able to change the background design. When saving the file, always make sure to give it a new file name so that you do not write over the original template.

I will do everything in my power to help you. But please first contact me by Etsy convo before placing the order. I usually have my cell phone with me everywhere so I should be able to tell you if I am near the computer and how fast I can get the order out to you.
What are things that I can do to make the transaction quicker and easier?
1. Compliment me like crazy! Haha, ok, just kidding...then again...
1. Make sure that you have read over the listing carefully to know if the product will suit your needs. (ie. size, color, type)
2. If the listing has options please make sure to include them in the "message to seller" section at checkout (ie. you want the color posh pink for the fairy box and baby blue for the purse box) if this is not included you may either get the color shown in the first picture or you will get a convo from me asking for this information. Then it can be up to another 48 hours before I send the file once I have a response from you.
3. Check the email that you have listed with Etsy. This is the email address that I ship to. If you would like the files to be sent to another email address, please specify this in the message to seller section.
Do you offer wholesale or quantity price breaks?

PLEASE NOTE: Printables mean that you will be receiving a digital file by EMAIL. You will not get anything by postal mail. If you need the items printed for you please contact me. Full Custom Design orders. Please allow three weeks from the start of the design process. Depending on your revisions custom designs can range in time needed to complete.
For labeling guest place cards and address labels please send me addresses in a word document, excel document, or email. PLEASE look over the list for errors. I cannot be held responsible for misspellings, missing or wrong information if it is that way on your list. Please allow one week from the time of receipt of the list to receive back. Please let me know if you need it sooner, I will try my best to see what I can do, but I have got to sleep and feed my family too:-) Please remember that I am a person, a mom and a wife, a student who dreams of owning her own shop. I am not perfect, but I will do everything in my power to make sure that you are happy, please be understanding that I am not a 24/7 corporation.
BIG NOTE: I am really sorry, but PRETTY PLEASE know that when you purchase a printable file that you will receive the files that you purchased as listed in the listing. PLEASE DO NOT purchase a listing and then put a list of Changes you would like to make in the message to seller section. I am able to offer my items at the low prices because they are files that are ready to go once you order. Customizing an item takes significantly more time and needs to be set up as a custom order. I want everyone to be happy with their purchases and I can work with people. But please contact me first before purchase if there are changes that you would like to make and to make sure that things can be changed in the first place and in the time that you would need it by. I am usually booked 3 weeks out.
Most Posh Printables from The Posh Event are copyrighted and can be used for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Not only can they be used personally but I would love to see pictures of how you used them!! They cannot however be resold as a digital file or as a printed one. Please contact me first if you have questions about this. I love the idea of the printed designs being used by other sellers on Etsy as promotional items, thank you gifts, and giveaways. But they just can't be sold in your shop. For instance buying the printable calendar then selling the printed calendar in your store is a no no.
