Please review the individual item description for sizing information. Currently printable inserts are available in the: letter, A4, half letter, and A5 sizes. Not all inserts are available in all sizes.

Please refer to the individual item description to see if your printable has editable text fields. Not all items are available with editable text.

If your item does have editable text, it is recommended that you open the file using Adobe Reader to edit the text fields. Opening the file in other software may display the incorrect fonts.

The printable file(s) can be printed at home or professionally at your local print shop or online. I recommend printing planner pages on 32lb. or higher paper. Binder covers, dividers, and bookmarks are best printed on card stock.

Printing prices vary by print shop. I recommend contacting your local print shop for prices before purchasing the printable files. Ask them for prices on full color-borderless printing. Depending on the item you are purchasing you will either print single sided (binder covers) or double sided (planners). Refer to individual item listings for the number of pages in the file.

You will be able to print the file as many times as you'd like for personal use only.

No, all files are for personal use only.

YOU CAN:

Print the printable files for personal use.
Download the file(s) to one computer only.
Give the printed copy away as a gift.

YOU CANNOT:

Redistribute the digital file through email, blogs, file sharing websites, or by any other means.
Sell the digital file or print out to anyone.
Upload the files to the web.
Use the printable files or print outs as giveaways with out permission.
Suggest in any way that you created the files yourself.
Share the files with anyone. The files are licensed to one computer only.
Files can not be posted to any website banner, logo, etc.

Unfortunetly not at this time. All items in the shop are only offered as digital downloads.

"Custom Order" items or items in the "Customized Design" section include a non refundable retainer of 50% of the listing price.

Prior to any design work, if you decide to cancel your order, you will be refunded 50% of the listing price.

If you place your order without providing customization options I will attempt to reach you up to 3 times. All communication will be done through Etsy messages. If I am unable to reach you, I will cancel the order and refund 50% of the listing price.

If a proof has been designed and sent to you for review and you choose to cancel your order, you will only receive a partial refund of 30% of the listing price.

After sending a proof, if I have not heard back I will attempt to follow up with you up to 3 times. If I am unable to reach you for edits, I will cancel the order and refund 30% of the listing price.

If the order is cancelled and a partial refund is given then you will NOT receive the final file.

Once the final files have been sent the item no longer qualifies for any refund.
