5 out of 5 starsI ended up ordering all our invitations from the Prettiest Pixel! Alexia was amazing to work with and accommodating for all our needs! Just as a heads up to everyone when mailing: be prepared to use at least two stamps when you mail them out if you’re doing the flexible plastic. Ours weighed just under 10 ounces, and USPS didn’t handle all of them with care, and returned 5 from not enough postage. Everyone said these were the prettiest wedding invitations they had ever seen!

The turn around time was also amazing, considering such a large order. We went through a few reviews and she was amazing to work with! Thank You! The Prettiest Pixel opened in 2009 was lucky enough to be featured on the Style Me Pretty blog which featured the navy original thank you card. Since the small beginnings in 2009 TPP has grown immensely every year. With passion and heart, TPP strives to be a leading company within Etsy, providing high end designs that are on trend with current wedding fashions.
We will serve you with the best customer service and high quality work and turnaround times, you won't even believe it! TPP boasts superior service, and strives hard to meet customers' ideals of their dream wedding.
TPP is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day with custom service available 5 days a week from 8am-3pm CST and often on and off in the evenings and on the weekends.

Shop policies
I have been a professional graphic designer for over 15 years.
Office Hours:
8:30am - 2:30pm Monday through Friday. I do not work on weekends.
I require a minimum of a 24 hour turnaround time. I do NOT send proofs on weekends. If you order on Friday, I will send you a proof on Monday during the regular business week.

Once the order has been approved by the customer, The Prettiest Pixel LLC, is no longer liable for any errors on the final product. The customer must accept the error as his/her responsibility once approval has been given.
Please note that colors in print may appear differently than on screen. The Prettiest Pixel can not be held responsible for screen calibrations and visual differences that appear on the customers phone, tablet or computer.
We STRONGLY recommend proofing on a computer monitor versus your phone or tablet. The computer monitor will provide the best preview of color.

In regards to cancelling a digital order, once a proof has been sent, the order is no longer available for refund.
Shipping
After the shipment has left my office, I no longer am responsible for it. If you would like to pay for shipping insurance, please contact me prior to purchase.
USPS is having a lot of delays. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive.
