Celebration Lane started in 2010 and has grown leaps and bounds since. We are so very thankful to our loyal customers who have followed us through the years and come back year after year to have us design their parties and order supplies with us.

Returns and exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges for safety & health reasons. Since all of our products are used in food preparation ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please make sure you like the item(s) you selected before checking out.

If you return any items to us unauthorized, you will not be refunded for those items or the cost of shipping. If we do accept your return, there will be a 15% restocking fee on all items returned. There will be no refunds of the original shipping cost, and you are responsible for the return shipping.

We DO NOT offer returns on any of our digital printable items.

We DO NOT offer refunds on any custom printed item. If there is a mistake on your order, we will do whatever we need to do to make it right.
Payment
We currently only accept payments via Paypal. However, credit and debit cards are accepted through the Paypal site. (You DO NOT need an account!) If you purchase with an e-Check, please note that your file(s) or order will not be emailed/shipped until payment is cleared, which is usually 3 to 5 business days, plus the time to complete the order as noted in each listing.
Shipping
All supplies are shipped out from our studio the same day if placed by 11:00am EST Mon-Fri, otherwise the next business day - we are fast! (Orders placed after 11:00am will ship the following day. On Fridays, placing an order after 11:00am will ship on Monday.) We are closed on all holidays. Custom or printed items will ship as noted in each listing, or as per our conversations.
