What will I receive when I order?
You will receive a PDF instruction guide with link to the Canva template. Simply read the instructions and click the link to access and edit the template.
How/when will I receive the Canva template link?
An email will be sent to the address you have associated with your Etsy account with a link to the PDF instruction guide and Canva template immediately after ordering. You can then read the instructions and click the link to the Canva template to start editing straight away.
How do I edit a Canva template?
If you are new to Canva there are many YouTube tutorials for beginners which will show you how to edit the design. As a basic overview, using the mobile app or on a computer, you click the section you want to edit and it will then allow you to type your own text in. To change fonts or colours, click the section you want to change and then use the Font or Colour tool to pick your new options.
Once your design is finished save it as the "PDF Print" option on Canva. You will then have a high quality file ready to print, just remember when printing to select the correct paper size you want your invitation to be e.g. A5 or A6. For a digital invitation, save the file as a PNG image ready to send.
How should I print my invitation?
• For printing at home: We recommend using good quality card or art paper. Ideally use satin or matte paper with heavy weight paper for the best results.
• Printing at your local print shop or online print shop: Supply the PDF print file along with your desired size to a print shop. We recommend using a heavy weight of paper for a higher quality print.
Will I receive a physical product?
No physical product will be shipped as this is a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD product. The invitation will not be personalised for you as this is a Canva template file for you to edit yourself at home. Colours may vary slightly depending on the monitor. This purchase is for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
Do you accept cancellations / refunds?
Due to the template being digital (and emailed to you immediately after ordering) we do not accept cancellations or refunds.
