Proofreading for content errors as it relates to personalized items is the sole responsibility of the client. You are able to change the design of your card to another offered in the store prior to my starting on your order. Once customization has begun on your order, you will receive the design requested in your original order notes. Each listing has specific design numbers located above or below each card, label, etc and is the sole responsibility of the client to type out that specific code when ordering. If the client has entered the wrong design # or has changed their mind on a design #, the client will need to purchase the second design to pay for the new template, time and creation of the new files.

If the client does not find, or does not inform, of any content errors and/or omissions, The Printable Occasion cannot be held responsible for content errors and/or omissions after the client has 'gone to print'. In lieu of a response, silence from a client after delivery of print files is considered acceptance. Please double, triple check (it sometimes helps to have someone else besides you look it over to catch mistakes) before approving your final proof.

Any errors or omissions to a file found by the client in the proofreading process shall be fixed at no cost for items that come with one free round of revisions (invitation, thank you cards, and other personalized cards). However, if a client wishes to make modifications to an invitation or thank you card not based on the original information provided to me (i.e., incorrect information, name changes, location or time changes, etc.), a minimum charge for my time to make these changes and create new print files will be requested each and every time changes are made. (Changing the design template are not considered a revision, but a separate order as all designs are sold separately.)

All designs are sold as shown and described and DO NOT INCLUDE customization of graphics, fonts, colors or any other design element. Special requests to existing listings in the store MUST be made PRIOR to purchase as not all requests can be granted.

REVISIONS POLICY:
Invitations and thank you cards come with one free round of revisions when viewing the proof (within 14 days). This includes minor text edits and/or adding another photo if the first one doesn't work as well as you thought it would. Changing the design template, size, or changing the wording to accommodate a 2nd party date/time are NOT considered a revision. Please allow up to 24 hours for edits to be made.

MAKE SURE YOU ORDER THE RIGHT SIZE & DESIGN:
Keep in mind that if you are having your invitation printed at a photo lab, it's much cheaper to print the 4x6 size, but easier to read the 5x7 size. I recommend checking out printing policies and pricing with your printing vendor prior to ordering and possible doing a test print to ensure you're happy with the results.

PHOTOS FOR INVITATIONS:
Please attach your UN-EDITED (allow me to do that for you) high resolution photo in the Etsy messaging system by clicking 'Attach Image' when sending a message (preferred) or email it to PrintableOccasionOrders(at)gmail.com. Try and have your child centered - No close-ups please.

If the photo you are emailing me was taken by a professional photographer, please ensure that you have full permission in the form of a copyright license from the photographer. You also agree to take full responsibility for any misuse of copyrighted images and agree to not hold me liable for any misuse of copyrighted images.

Photos will not be accepted with your photographer's watermark prominently displayed in the photograph. As the invitation design is created and sold by The Printable Occasion, no other company names will be advertised or displayed on the final product.

I will fully uphold the legal rights of photographers. It is illegal for me to use images that are copyrighted without the permission of the photography or company that holds the copyright. By submitting me photos, you agree that you are the photographer or have permission in the form of a copyright license from the copyright holder. You also agree to take full responsibility for any misuse of copyrighted images and agree to not hold me liable for any misuse of copyrighted images.

PRINTING QUALITY:
Colors may vary from one computer monitor to another, quality and type of printer used, it's age & cleanliness as well as the many different types or brands of paper and ink you're printing with. All designs come as crisp, vibrant, high resolution files and will print as such. If you’re not confident in your home printer or its capabilities, I recommend using a local print or copy shop. The Printed Occasion is not responsible for the resulting color variations due to the many variables involved, even with well known printing vendors as they all print color hues differently.
