I spent many of my growing up years in Carmel, California; my grandparents’ home held several pieces of Monterey Jade. I’ve wanted my own piece of Monterey Jade for years…this little bird reminds me of my grandma who would read stories about birds and animals to me. This is a beautiful piece; it was packed well and arrived on time.

These plates are lovely and in wonderful condition for their age. Just as described. Packaged well for shipping. Only complaint is we are a Smoke Free Home and I did ask if Smoke Free and was told yes. As soon as they arrived and I opened the box I could smell the Smoke Odor which was very disappointing.
