The Pulparazzi

Hi Y'all, I'm Nora.

I opened my shop mainly as a self-challenge. 3 months before I came to Etsy I had never heard of Etsy, didn't know how to use a sewing machine and had never owned a camera. But I wanted to prove to myself that I could do it.

So I taught myself how to use a sewing machine to make garlands, I got a camera for Christmas and started taking pictures 11 days before I opened up. (Those first pictures were ghastly.)

I gave myself a one year time limit thinking that after a year I would probably close it up and get another hobby. Much to my surprise I have actually sold stuff but more importantly I've met some amazing people and made a lot of friends. So I guess I'll stick around.

Welcome to my little shop. Please have a look around, stay as long as you like. If you have any questions, plese convo me. I would love to hear from you.

Everything in my shop is made by me in my little corner of the world, Lake City, Florida. I believe in re-using and recycling as much as possible. Everything in my shop is either recycled or upcycled. Even my deckles and molds are made from scraps of wood which I reclaimed from a construction site and screen left over from my mom's new screened porch.

Thanks for coming by and hope to see you again soon.

Additional policies and FAQs
Custom Orders are welcome. The only custom orders I cannot accept are those for handmade paper in a specific shade of a color. Making paper is not an exact science and even if it were, I'm no scientist. I can make pink paper, but can't guarantee that I will be able to make the peachy keen pink that you want.

I will gladly take custom order for garlands, confetti or envelopes made with maps, sheet music or dictionaries with any color of handmade paper currently for sale in my shop.

For customers outside the US:
International customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates. It is against the law and I will not mark an item as a "gift" to avoid any fees.
